Dont get tricked by it having 50 levels tho, half the free track is empty, and other than 1 lebron skin (lvl 50) and a ringout (47) it's all gold and icons. Even the paid track is kinda sad, with how much padding it has. The actual skins and taunts are great, but who the fuck wants so many things you can only use one of at any time? Like profile icons, banners, and KO VFX? Putting toasts, XP boosts and all that in the premium track is just boring as well.
 
For those that want to see it.
I like the original Space Jam skin for Taz.

I don’t mind it. The pass goes to level 50 now and they specifically said they made XP grinding easier.

“Seasons” essentially means “a few months where we focus on these things”, since it’s a game that will be constantly updating with characters, patches, ect. So the focus this season is probably making sure the base game is optimized and implementing ranked and arcade mode.”

It’s also most likely WB’s “test period” to see if the game is worth funding or not.
 
The new content this season seems weak. The battle pass doesn’t hold much value compared to last season. Only thing I am really interested in is that clean Harley alt and maybe the Dancing Jake for AT memes. Compared to the previous pass, this definitely feels like a downgrade, but I wonder if more stuff will fill in over the course of the next few months. We have until November and have multiple confirmed and leaked characters coming. I wonder if special skins for the new additions will be added to fill in the blanks of the pass as it goes on?

Right now, the incentive feels dead.
 
Yeah, the half empty free track made me lol. It also seems they didn't update the descriptions for perks they nerfed which is... kind of a big oversight. However, with the gremlins confirmed I can only hope the stage is Clamp Center from Gremlins 2 and it better have a remix of the Gremlins theme, because it is a banger. Other then the Gremlins it also has my other favorite character on the start screen... uh... electric Dracula...? I dunno who that is and I hope it's a Superman skin because I am not excited some DC character I have never heard of.

Same here. They could have given toasts at least.

I don't think the current balance and competitive scene is enough to keep me invested in this game.

It is Black Adam, a villain/anti-hero from Shazam. He is getting a movie soon where he will be played by Dwayne Johnson. He is a full new character it seems. I can agree with this being a disappointing choice though, even going by DC standards. Seeing him in before a Teen Titan is strange, or the rest of he League members. According to leaks we will likely see a few more DC faces such as Joker, Poison Ivy, Raven, Nubia?, and Robin.

I should add, leaks have been going out left and right. Currently it seems Marvin The Martian, BeetleJuice, and the Wicked Witch of The West have voice lines, along with Raven.
 
I don't mind the battle pass, I do like how many costumes they offer through it though. Most games only give you 1 in a battle pass at the very end.
The free pass is an absolute joke though. Throw some toast in or something.

So I do co-op vs bots for the missions (you can thank that "get 75 off stage knockouts" last season for that), dunno if they actually tuned the bot's difficulty or if the nerfs/buffs made a difference. They were an absolute joke yesterday, now they're doing frame perfect uptilts in response to any spike I throw and double dunking me to the bottom blast zone at 20%.

I honestly take LEGO Dimensions as a guideline for what will be represented in the game, as that was the first WB mega-crossover. With that said, PPG, Teen Titans, Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts, The LEGO Movie, Ninjago, Chima, BeetleJuice, The Wizard of Oz, The Goonies, Lord of The Rings, and Midway are what is left of the WB properies from that game not in Multiversus. Of those, 4-5 have been leaked.

Well, got to sit down and play the new patch finally. Didn’t notice any difference with the nerfed characters I played before, so good to know I wasn’t relying on the broken part of the characters lol.
 
If we are talking characters we want added, I have to go with the weird pick that may be possible. Lollipop Chainsaw is currently said to be getting a remake, so it would be cool if WB put in Juliet Starling as a way to represent their games division past the obvious Mortal Kombat.

Other then them, my only hope would be for more Cartoon Network icons personally.
 
So will they add more Adult Swim characters such as The Monarch, Jailbot, Toki Wartooth, Xavier, among others?
 
I’m glad they added villains early. I know that was a big complaint from a lot of people during the beta.

I think Charles Foster Offdensen would be the better Metalocalypse rep, but honestly the whole band could fit pretty well. Monarch and Jailbot would be fucking sweet, and as much as I want Xavier in, I can't wrap my head around his moveset. What we've seen of Xavier's "abilities" are either reality destroying or hallucinations that never actually happened.
