it sucks living like this i can never have something delivered to me i must go to the post office to pick it up because the post workers can't find their way around here there isn't a road so they must walk to the neighbourhood and then he has to search for my apartment without numbers on them so he has to count and we don't have a working elevator (we got one but it was built in 1968 and it died in 1997)

The elevator just straight up died 20 years ago they just refuse to fix it?

May as well just take the elevator out and install a firefighter-esque pole. At least that'd be fun.

those who live on the bottom and 1st floor refuse to pay.so those who live on the 2nd and 3rd floor don't want to neither. only the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floor are interested in paying but they won't out of spite because the others won't pay. and average salary here is 300$ per month so having to pay 20$ isn't so small.
