No you are a wingnut who doesn't have control of his emotions. A mature man keeps his emotions in check. To not do so has bad consequences.

What do you think would happen if you said to your boss, "If you give me a bad review I'm going to cut up your pets and you won't see your children again."
Well, men are human and humans get pissed.

Try taking a huge dump in the morning while so tired you feel hungover and your infant is screaming for a bottle so you gotta choke the turtle head for a few minutes while you make it then sit back down to finish crapping while cradling and feeding your child.

Not saying I did that or am doing that at this precise moment, but it's just a theoretical for ya. You MIGHT lose your temper OR brown your undies accidentally.

It's also very well known that tough boys making threats on voicemail usually leads to nothing at all. Domestic violence is mundane as fuck, and treating it like only psychopathic serial-killing outliers do it is burying the problem by pretending it isn't happening all around us, every day of the week.

Well maybe if you ever have a relationship of your own you'll understand. People get mad, they say horrifying things they don't mean. It's a problem, sure but it's a pretty normal problem and not that big a deal. That's why it ends in TRO's and court-ordered therapy instead of prison time and execution.

Leaving an assmad voicemail is on the same level as joining the Manson family, but nobody's clutching pearls? Okay buddy, lmao.
Your trolling is shit. Simply put, you're going to have to do better.

On a yearly basis my employer makes one sign off on a code of conduct policy that is about an inch thick. and there's even a quiz that you have to pass with a score of 80% or higher. It ranges from stuff to don't be a Sargon to comical micro aggression, misgendering bullshit type stuff.

Employment law and Company Code of Conduct policies vary a great deal between jurisdictions and employers. I've worked for companies that had a single page, I've worked with some where it was a 90-minute interactive online course with quizzes, I've worked with some where we had to attend an annual class.

If the CCoC is so invasive that it disrupts your quality of life (in whatever way you define it), find another employer. The same is true for any job that disrupts your quality of life for a variety of reasons. You'll have many employers, but only one life. Does it suck that this is today's reality? Sure. Is it a pain in the ass to switch jobs? Sure. Is it unfair? Sure.

In my jurisdiction, I prefer small companies with less than 50 employees. Less job security, but they fly under the radar of government regulators and SJWs haven't gotten around to trying to destroy them yet.

And their are questions as to how enforceable the CCoC is

True, but if you are in an "at-will" jurisdiction, short of the CCoC violating employment law, you will likely have little recourse. Technology and society is evolving at a pace faster than the law can keep up, and I don't expect that to change anytime soon.

Being older, I'm lucky that I'll be dead before the full effects of the impending hellscape takes hold. I pity my children. They'll have to live in the dystopia that Academia, Tech, and Government are all actively seeking.

Depends on your "At-Will" Jurisdiction

in mine you can be fired At-Will if "Consistent with existing policy"

If I had simply posted them would that have got Soye to top 5 trending on Twitter?

I think not.

Nick has a far bigger impact, posting it here first simply dilutes the effect the documents have because how can he hype something that is already public?
Why does a soy filled cuck tending on Twitter matter? Why does hyping it matter? Who gives a shit about gay twitter slapfights? Just post the documents.

I like how you didn't address anything I said. Nobody gives a fuck about you, in your own words: put up or shut up.
you answered your question on why he's giving them to ty rather than dropping. he's just proving he's the source..... at least for the ron docs. get the feeling the funi leak source is kek worthy.

If he was just a source he'd stop waving his dick around looking for praise, he'd send them to Ty/Nick and be done with it.

I think it's more about the hype factor rather than the slapfights on twitter. At least for me. Then the inevitable break down from the opposing side once the stuff drops. I also see it as a way to weed out any and all the excuses KV can possibly make. If stuff gradually drops, they'll be unprepared on how to deal with it.
