-Teleconference hearing on the 1st of August.
-John Volney (Counsel for Funimation) has a change of heart and attempts a last minute letter to the honorable Judge ChuBB. Proposal would give BHBH an extra two weeks to respond to TCPA motions. In providing Ty's email Volney's letter doxxxxes the number and password to the conference call.
-Ty submits a timeline and page count as his exhibit for the hearing.
-August 1st hearing results in Judge Chupp granting BHBH extra time to respond. Plaintiff has until the 30th of August to respond to TCPA motions and hearing is set for the 6th of September. This is an extra day than BHBH asked for as Lemonparty has claimed to be in court on the 29th of August.
-Edit: Chupp has asked BHBH for a motion to strike checklist, indicating he is likely to strike at least some sections of defendants TCPA motions.
The Social Media Front
-The Paedophile Jaw continues to shoot itself in the foot. Was in Tokyo during the 2010 convention. Also provides two screenshots claiming to be Tekko CEO's notes that prove her ramblings. Such stunning evidence that Mari Ijima =/= Vic Mignogna , 'Mangina's' contract is done and redacted doesn't want to deal with his shit.
-ANN puts out another hit-piece cobbled together from Manjaw's insane ramblings.

Guardiola did marry a sixteen-year-old student of his with the consent of the girl's mother. Ironically, Guardiola dated Monica Rial in the past.
- @Nontransferable was able to track down evidence that seemingly contradicts the claims by voice actor Brett Weaver regarding allegations of Vic Mignogna stalking voice actress Mari Iijima:
