Brother, while water is good for you, those are untrue claims.

Yeah if I remember I wear my Squeem. It really gave me an hourglass shape after a while.AtroposHeart said:Random do any of you girls wear spanks or any kind of shapewear?
Mourning Dove said:So I tried jogging today. I don't know if I'm horribly out of shape or if it's my flat feet, but my feet were hurting badly after just jogging down the street.I was wearing New Balence running shoes and everything! Perhaps I should try "zero-gravity" exercises like cycling or swimming, or yoga or pilates as mentioned earlier in this thread? I really want to lose my fat!

The Hunter said:I just realized there's 16 fl oz in these bottles of water that I get. That's two cups per bottle. It's generally agreed that the human body needs around 8 cups of water per day (although this number could possibly be higher considering the fact that the human body is mostly water and as a result needs a lot of it). That means that every day, I only have to drink about four of these bottles of water, and I'll get my daily intake. On average (before mid-2012 and after about a week ago when I picked this up again), I drink about 6-8 bottles of these things. I drink 12-16 cups of water a day, and that's not including any water I get when I go out (and I can honestly stand at those water fountains and drink for ten minutes).
No wonder I pee water... It would also explain why when I stopped brushing my teeth for a while in 2010, the doctor still thought I had the best set of teeth he'd ever seen despite the fact that there was a gaping cavity in my mouth...

Mourning Dove said:So I did a little research and learned that my high-maintenance flat feet need special foot support when running/jogging. I then bought shoes specially meant for running, since the New Balances I was wearing were only meant for walking. PROPER RUNNING SHOES ARE EXPENSIVE! But the fact that my feet don't hurt like hell when I try to jog, and the subsequent health and fitness from jogging regularly, is priceless!![]()
