Goodbye size 4, hello size 2! (Depends on the retailer and how the pants fit, but it's still a milestone!)
Once again: All just by walking 30-40 minutes 2-3 times a week, and watching what I eat.
Similar to what I do when it's nice outside. I also stripped out all packaged/ premade/ fastfood from my diet and found you can lose a ton of weight doing that, just cook all your own food so you know what you're putting into it.
Like yes, I put on 30lbs. of "Winter weight" this year, but I'll lose that in the next coming months and drop another 10lbs. after that, possibly more.
