Having problems with bored eating. I'm in the process of quitting nicotine. (On a disturbing note, did you know those nicotine packets can have up to 8mg in a single dose? That's four fucking cigarettes in one go!) Anyway, I've been drinking a lot of water, and swimming daily, but when I'm home and done cleaning, it's really hard to not want something to satiate the oral fixation. I know better than to keep junk foods around, except some jawbreakers, because they last a long time, but does anyone have any other tips? Thanks, in advance.
