Even if Amber were to stick to eating only 1800 calories per day, she'd have to actually do some exercising to keep herself at 135 lbs.

Based on my experience with them, TDEE calculators tend not to be very accurate when you don't include the bf%. It's likely more than that, even if it's just a few hundred calories.

With as fat as she is, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a bit of muscle, if not just in her lower half. She's moving a lot of weight on them hamhocks, even if it's not often. If she lost enough weight, her calves would be poppin', but she'd also looke like a deflated balloon.
 
"They" decided to focus on their own eating so Al will no longer be cooking for both of them. Looks like Becks finally found an excuse that worked so she doesn't have to choke down any more slop.
 
And finally, she plans on counting calories for 100 days, whether she binges or not. Want to take bets on how long this goal will last? I give it two weeks. Which is probably being generous.

Given how ultra-difficult it is when all you do is stuff your face with food and you have to meticulously keep track of every little thing you eat by reading the nutrition information and calculating serving sizes?

They won't last a day.

She needs a hobby to pre-occupy her mind. If you literally do nothing all day you get bored and you tend to eat out of boredom.

Unfortunately, for Hamber I think that was shopping.

And their car is still at the garage currently.
 
She says her favorite healthy snack is snap peas and carrots. I've seen her eat carrots. NEVER seen her eat snap peas. She totally didn't say that was her favorite just because Becky said it was her favorite, guys.

"If I got to 465.. I would feel lahk (like).... Got this! Like... (said normally)" Then she says it immediately, two more times in her normal accent. Give me a fucking break.

Amber, you have legit ruined your body. No matter how small you get, your body will look deformed and ugly. No "bikini body" for you, gorl, no matter how small you get. Sorry =(

AL sets this up so her partners can be as big as she is or at the very least tethered to her. Thing is, if someone is willing to fuck Dusty and AL someone else is willing to fuck Necky.
 
How someone can say i lost .6 lbs and be proud of it amazes me.

Then again, this is Amber who's saying it, and she's long past the point of shocking me anymore.

To anyone under the weight of three hundred - four hundred pounds, 0.6lbs is a milestone because it's finally a loss of something. AL has been seeing nothing but gains lately; so ANY amount of loss is a huge accomplishment. She could have lost 0.1lbs and she'd have felt the need to throw herself a cheat week.
 
Of course they didn't. She just wants someone to tell her that so she can feel better about eating more.

She could have lost zero pounds, justified that she wasn't gaining weight, and taken a cheat week.
 
AL: "When I'm on a weight loss journey I tend to not snack as much" .... that's probably true. Snacking is 50-100 calories here and there, she's full on eating the calorie count of a three course meal every 2 hours.
Becky: "I sometimes tend to forget to eat"... how? You are dating and live with someone who can't go 2 hours without stuffing her face. To top it off, missing meals is the worst thing you can do to yourself while losing weight. It fucks your metabolism and you can end up gaining weight/fat this way.

Becky's small goal is pretty legit. You want to pick something you can reach so that you gain the momentum of success.

AL's "small goal" of 465 is.... eh. Anyone else saying this and I'd support it. But this is AL. She ain't making it to 465. 565 maybe....
 
Begin at 3:45 to see how cute little AL and her bikini body (3:51) make fun of Becky. Because, you know, when AL gets down to 135, she'll be "wearing me some bikinis", while Becky will be wearing basketball shorts and a wife-beater.
 
The whole discussion about them weighing 135 is comical as well. Amberlynn is 5'3". At that height, 135 is still pretty chunky unless there's a lot of muscle involved. Her perception of what 'thin' is is so warped.

Hell, on big AL 215 would look positively svelte.


Surely absolutely no one thought that 1800 was way too low? The people on my 600lb life eat 1200 for gods sake.

The people on that show are on a medically-supervised ultra low-calorie diet preparing for weight loss surgery. Amber never goes to the doctor; I personally believe she never went the supposed appointment a month or so ago with the "ya gud, gorl" doctor.

Amber could shed weight like a damn snake shedding it skin if she could stick to 3000 a day for 6 months. That would give her the best balance between complete deprivation (i.e. certain failure) and possible loss (i.e. probably also failure as she wouldn't have the self control to maintain).

It does? Hmmm, sometimes I end up skipping lunch (which if I didn't would just end up being a quick sandwich on low carb bread), and I've been losing a steady 2-4 lbs per week with daily workouts. Am I hurting my metabolism?

As for Becky missing meals, honestly I can't say I blame her given the slop Amber makes.
 
She is really taking on the appearance of trailer park white trash. It's startling. You can already tell how she's going to look at 40.
She already looks like a diabetic Mother of 5. Sad truly when she isn't even 30 yet.

Like everything in life, everything is different for everyone. Not here to tell ya how to diet.

What I will say though.... is whatever method Amberlynn is using I would not suggest to anyone else.
 
I seriously think they do weigh ins in the dark so AL can shift her weight and Becky won’t notice. In this video ALs weight didn’t even finalize and it kept fluctuating.
