Wendigoon Thread

I finally watched the Boys on Track video and the Missing 411 as well. The former is another example of why he's a good creator, only stating the fact (including the "allegations") without being too dramatic about it. The latter is not exactly my cup of tea, and definitely a break from his usual fact/reality based stories. That said, the twist at the end was funny, you can see the fear in his eyes when he recorded it

I just like how reasonable he is about things.

He's religious, but doesn't shove it down your throat, and automatically shit on you if you're not.

He likes guns, but understands, and doesn't care if you don't.

He delves into dark shit but doesn't act like a complete sperg about things.

He's incredibly respectful about the topics he discusses, and doesn't try to over-hype, or sensationalize them, and that's honestly extremely refreshing in today's media.

And the best part is that I don't think he's doing to be "based". I think he's just doing because he's just that chill of a guy.

I'm just imagining this literal Sunday School teacher watching some terrible analog horror going "Jesus Mary and Joseph!" at shitty jumpscares.

Exactly this. And it just reminded me of the complete opposite, in that video Goose Boose did where he spent on and on with his preamble ramble mumble(no joke goose sounded like a neutered dog that got kicked for extra measure) about "respecting the culture"(cuz the content involves sand people culture)
When Wendigoon clarifies he means no disrespect, he doesn't spend eighteen minutes explaining why. Don't be Goose, be Goon

A lot of the "mysterious" 411 dissapearances just sound like someone got lost in the woods and didn't stay in one place like they're supposed to.
Yeah, the guy behind that series of books is really good at telling stories that have no substance. A lot of the supposed "clusters" are popular parks and of course more people in a particular spot of the woods is going to lead to more people disappearing in said spot of woods.

Also, if we look at cases like the infamous Aokigahara in Japan, sometimes suicidal people off themselves in forests like that precisely because they don't want their bodies to be found

Now, for the sake of fun, what if the unexplained disappearances had something to do with the stairs in the woods theory?

There's this map:
(For some reason I can't upload it but you can Jewgle it yourself)

It's a map detailing the locations of a lot of the Missing 411 cases juxtaposed with a map of limestone and lava caves in the United States. The overlay is almost 1:1. Still some weird stories peppered thoughout.

Wendigoon seems like a chill dude, though. I really appreciate that he doesn't sperg like a fag when talking about stuff. Kinda like MrBallen, just some good story telling of spooky shit.
