The boys knowing so little about Lovecraft is legitimately painful to watch. Literally every single line, character, and plot development is some kind of reference or homage or rip off of his works. Except his dreamlands stories apparently, because who ever reads those anyway?\

E: This prose is driving me insane. Why is a white collar American immigrant in Ireland (?) in the mid-50s LARPing as some Victorian writer? It makes sense if he was some kind of Lovecraft figure absolutely obsessed with the past but there's no indication of that. Story's boring as shit too. It's literally that weird ending to Innsmouth except that's the entire story and barely anything happens and somehow a magic mirror is involved with that. Maybe that would have made a better story, but the author just gives away the entire mystery at the beginning while trying to show off how much he knows about Lovecraft.

Anyways, even if they were absolutely illiterate about the actual Lovecraft references, it's nice to see them cover something decently written that they clearly enjoyed. And for once MeatCanyon's VA work was splendid and not a joke.

Some of the comments were whining about Canyon not doing cartoons of Biden sniffing kids.
I do think him including RFK Jr and Kirk kinda reeks of angry libfag but Kirk does look creepy when he smiles and RFK does have a fucked up speech impediment but the bitching about it was as annoying as every other fucking comment being some iteration of "da babby need to say tank you!" or "da babby no wear suit!"
I like Canyon and I don't give a fuck about his personal political opinions but holy shit his fanbase in his comment section are bunch of fucking faggots no matter what side of the political spectrum they're on. And it's not just this video, it's literally every one of his videos comments. I don't know how that guy attracts such a crowd.
