I just realized that I haven't had a single Jr. Bacon, Crispy Chicken, or those salty-ass fries since I stopped working out of a truck in Dec 2015. I might have to make a special trip to visit that red-haired slut soon.
 
Their chicken strips are very tasty and kind of over priced
 
Woo boy, dead thread.

I hadn't really indulged in fast food outside of rare occasions for a few years at this point, and only on time-constrained weekends where I have to put everything (and everyone else) before me.
 
I like their basic chicken burgers.

But I couldn't help but roll my eyes when I saw a poster for the Baconator Frosty.

They were probably my favorite Burger chain as a kid. Ironically as a kid my two favorite fast-food burgers were the Whopper and Big Mac. But I liked Wendy's menu better the Salad Bar, the Frosty, you could get Chili or a Baked Potato and their Burgers and Fries were decent.

I do wish other fast food chains would follow suit and do spicy nuggets as well.

Their nuggets rapidly lose their quality as they cool down and I've rather consistently had old ones kept warm, but their spicy ones are a pretty solid add on or alternative to a burger.

Speaking of, the place still has a wee bit of a reputation for me. They're a hell of a lot better and more consistent than the time ages ago where I had the worst burger from a joint ever (a bun that is ice cold and slightly frozen in the core on a dry as fuck old burger). Their Dave's double alone with fries is a very filling meal for me, and probably the most consistently good burger of the main burger joints, and their special burgers blow their competition out the water. Not quite as good as a regional interchangeable, but still nice.

But I will also state that they are the dumbest chain. As in the cashiers despite consistently having English as their first language will struggle and fail to understand what you want. They also have a very promising breakfast menu, that I was lightly poisoned on my first time.

Their egg sandwiches taste great... if they don't have hordes of shell in them.
