Everyone wants to make the next Shinji freak-out because that's all anyone ever remembers, but can't bring themselves to fully commit to the mindbreak.
Semi-related, but I really fucking hate how people think that Mecha was all happy toy commercials before Evangelion came on to the scene. It's like they forget shit like the First Gundam had the MC being a child soldier or SDF Macross where large portions of the Earth get blow up. So no, Shinji was not the first child turned mech pilot and Evangelion was not first Mecha anime with dark elements.

There was that one original work done by Tomino. All of the kid's friends died and he was the only survivor. In the end, he was left a traumatized mess that will likely live with the shit he went through. Forgot the name though.

There was Space Runaway Ideon. And let's not forget the Japanese Transformers:

It surprised me that Amuro's big freakout moment in '79 was so subdued. The kid gets overwhelmed by Garma's forces and just goes unhinged for a bit and broods in his room, and they don't address it until the episode after next.

I read the comic that it was based on a year or two ago.
Pretty lol how they made a show based on a story about a giant mecha racial war.
It's weird. Then again, show and comic creator Doug TenNaple is also a weird guy. He's talented, which is also shown in his other creations Earthworm Jim and The Neverhood, but still weird, and he used to be some NFT shill a few years back

LS Mark pushed out a snippet of his dog shit, milquetoast cartoon.

The person voicing the mouse is McKenzie Atwood, who did those lame steven universe meme vids like Pearl's Secret Rap Career.

And the person voicing the cat is Michael Kovach/kovox

LSMark, being a hebephile that got cucked by one of the OneyPlays crew, is someone whose desperate for attention

The real question is how much HBO Max (or MAX…?) cooking the books to get a second season of what was unanimously agreed upon as one of the worst re-imaginations of a Scooby-Doo character ever seen for a streaming platform.

This is more proof that “diversity” in the streaming wars is just being used as an excuse to put more agitprop that no one wants, nor will they still watch it.

incorrect. They will watch it...hate-watch it. And that's precisely why it got a 2nd season, despite literally everybody disliking it. Notice the utter volume of content on YouTube surrounding it when it dropped, even through memes making fun of it. "Bad publicity is still publicity", after all.

It got a 2nd season because that was the original deal. If and why people watch it is irrelevant until we are talking about season 3 and beyond. Pretty much all streaming animation shows get one season that gets put out in two parts to maximize attention and make the production cycle easier.

Sarcasm mode just FYI.

Speaking of dogshit the reviews for xmen 97 are in of course the msm praises it and gives it 100 on rotten tomatoes. Never trust a fresh rating from that site remember that same site gave the pedo wet dream big mouth and its forebearer sausage party 100 fresh raitings.
