I struggle to say the show made earlier Clarence was better?

It was also a bean mouth show and it didn't quite have the excuse of being an "early" one, but FWIW it's definitely a vibe show that has a mellow and in some cases nostalgic feel to it. In other words, ok so idiots online have said the creek show is "the next generations ed edd n eddy." No noooooo C.O.T.C will never will be even a fraction of what EE'nE was. There's no show that ever can claim that, but Clarence is a bit closer to what EEnE was. More so than thar little jigabo's show is anyway.


Plus the end theme is actually quite good. Like the show itself, it just has this nostalgia vibes feel to it even when it was new.

I remember when the same shit happened with the new Powerpuff Girls reboot. That one guy shipped himself with Blossom and everyone online was rightfully upset. It's sort of funny and sad that nobody cares anymore, since nobody cares about Craig of the Creek to begin with. If COTC was a reboot of Ed, Edd, n Eddy, I think people would care that there's weird gay/pedo shit going on.

Rebecca Sugar left Adventure Time after Season 5 and she only wrote like 3 episodes in that season which were the second half of the season premiere, a Fionna and Cake episode (before it got a spinoff), and the Ice King & Marceline episode.

Her work after that was just voicing Marceline's mom and writing music for Fionna and Cake.

Fuckin hell, garth ennis didn't turn menstruation into this big a joke when he wrote the boys...and (talking bout the og comics btw) that series had a misfit superheroine who's "supe power" WAS her period.

It partly pains me to say it, but the molly mcgee episode for as cringe as it was for also talking about damn periods on and on right on down to being a pun in the episode title, was....slightly (?) better at handling the subject....though ideally it would have been mentioned ONCE then dropped completely.


Still at least it was one episode and didn't show "everything" or go on about how much they can suck, yeah that's life, suck it up and move on. Big mouth had three episodes that wouldn't stop talking bout the damn subject and I'm partly convinced they have one more in mind for what is thanfuly their final season coming soon.
