We'll never get a good Marvel Zombies or Superman Red Sun adaption because anything other than simplistic slop scares normies.

Also Mask Of The Phantasm is the best animated Batman.

It'd be nice if we got a Suicide Squad that actually fucking died at the end instead of just being reddit's justice league before mostly escaping scott-free.

Animation wise? Sure. But I've always had a fondness for Return of the Joker.

The story with it's dark somber atmosphere and that scene (you know what I'm talking about) is great and you can't tell me that the music and late 90s / early 2000s futuristic vibes doesn't go hard.

Also Batman Beyond is now 26 years old and this film almost 25 years old, holy shit.

Ed Ed n Eddy reboot just got announced.

This is going to fucking suck. Pretty sure Double D will be the token faggot character.

MAKE SOMETHING FUCKING NEW!!

I think the OP misinterpreted this interview quote as “a reboot is happening” when it’s not.

Danny Antonucci on an ‘ED EDD N EDDY’ revival:

“It will fail miserably. They could have done a lot of things like spinoffs with some of the characters. I’ve been told you can do it for Adult Swim, and they’re all grown up, but then you are just repeating an idea.”

In slightly less depressing animation. The pilot for star vs the forces of evil when It was first pitched to nick as been found.

What's interesting is apparently early in concept star wasn't an alien or whatever she is from another world...just a girl with an overactive imagination and it was kinda vague if what we see is real or not, the monsters amd magic stuff I mean.

Reminded of this again, from a movie made 42 years ago that spoofed movies, but this cartoon was a nice treat, produced by (Colossal) Pictures.
