I couldn’t find the picture, but it definitely reminds me of some irl notes for how Janine’s design was changed in between seasons for The Real Ghostbusters. Right down to her pointy nose and glasses being considered “too violent”. Kinda interesting to see that.
I’ll admit that I haven’t watched the pilot, but from what scenes I’ve glimpsed I think it’s kinda weird that they’re ragging on Walt’s Disney. Wouldn’t it be more fitting to make a caricature of Bob Iger, like how Lord Farquaad was based on Eisner if we want to go for the Shrek comparison?
Walt Disney is right wing so he gets the most shit From these people. Bob Iger is a lib so he gets a pass.

*It is. It's female Wreck-It Ralph, made by Temu!

The build, hair shape(s), the overalls. It even has that sliver of a complementary color near the head. "Just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious you copied" ahh design.
Wreck-It Ralph and Fix-It Felix are literally just Donkey Kong and Jumpman lmao. They were open about the influence.

Now despite that, Ralph's design is brilliant because his blocky brick house design matches with his 8-bit sprite (everything inside the cabinet is blocky and pixelated in design). Interestingly enough, while Felix is more rounded because he's the good guy, he has some angles when he poses.

Woman-Timmy is ugly as sin because she's fucking round with terrible color theory, on top of bad proportions for someone who's supposed to be meaty given her mechanic design. Literally, she's clearly supposed to be a muscle-bound female mechanic tomboy (even though she looks butch, it's shocking she's actually straight), but she even fails at that. It's absolutely astounding how much they fucked up this character design because they needed a FATASS character to appease the hamplanets.

There's a thicc mechanic chick in Super Robot Wars games from the modern crop of turbohorny designs that does a lot of the concept but not looking like Wreckette Ralph

I fully believe the premise they're going with the ugly ass real world, and the pretty thing being the thing they intend to criticize,
While they sell the merchandise of the ugly thing alongside the fucking Pretty thing DAY 1.
goes against the point so hard, that it's more insulting than anything else I've seen in the pilot.
"Erm, Mr. Lucas, I can't help but notice that the Empire are the bad guys. . . yet you sell toys of Darth Vader and Stormtroopers, to children no less. How hypocritical. I am very smart."

I mean, it was pretty odd when Lucas released an EU book that was just Palpatine's writings on who should be exterminated and why.

the empire is cool, they have jet packs.
what the fuck does ugly fat bitches have? fat folds? bad BO?
if this bitch wanted to be artsy with the whole "It's bad on purpose"
how about they go all the way and refuse to commercialize the ugly shit, and only sell the princess shit? or just the pretty versions of the ugly shit?
at least that would fit with the narrative she's setting up.

go the extra mile for this shit you're making independently.
my bad for thinking that everything you do in and outside a production matters
when you're trying to make something that "really makes you think"

buy this fucking hat BPD Child.

I can't decide if I like it or genuinely detest it. Points to the animation I guess but adding all the swears only makes the "vivzie can't write dialogue without swears" criticism more valid.
