What if Phil actually practiced Street Fighter, eventually becoming good at the game and ranking higher and higher in tournaments?
- Following this, what if he earned prize money from these pools and traveled the country, taking on any tournament he could?
-- With his career steadily rising, what if Phil announces he'll do one more tournament and then retire from the mainstream fighting game scene?
--- Phil, having lost the tournament to an American player, leaves the mainstream tournament scene and begins a YouTube channel where he delves back into a large backlog of games and plays them. What if he takes actual time and effort to play these games while still managing his life as a whole?
---- What if Phil eventually met up with a girl he met at a tournament - the same one he lost to - and started a relationship with her?
----- Phil and his former foe eventually move in together [keep in mind they're roughly around the same age] and begin balancing games with healthy habits. What if Phil finds this perfect balance and lives the rest of his life happily?

What if Phil teamed up with Chris to do a co op playthough of Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric?

What if Phil never got into games at all? What would he be doing today?

What if "this is how you don't play" never existed. Would he be better or worse off, etc.

So Maximillian?

What would Phil think of Chris, and vice-versa? Would they whiteknight each other, since both (in their minds) have been unfairly persecuted by trolls, or would they hate each other, and insist "They are nothing like me! I'm much better than them!"

What if Phil had ten pairs of pants?

What if Phil bought all of Bob’s old clothes?
What if Phil found Bob’s gun?

So Maximillian?
Maximilian Dood is pretty much the answer to what happens if Phil was actually good at streaming.. He is pretty much the foremost FGC streamer out there, mostly well-liked (At least to me) and actually seems to have a healthy work-life balance. He managed to leverage his connections to do non-YT work for some game companies..

He even had a few controversies of his own, and the way he handled them is distinctly un-Phil like.. Example below:
