What are some truly good things that Kiwi Farms has done? - Not a trolling thread

This is small potatoes, obviously, but KF has made my life significantly better.

When I was a teenager, me and my friends were groomed online by a woman twice our age who convinced us she was a medium channeling the ghost of Michael Jackson. There was a lot of embarrassing and awful stuff that happened as a result and it totally demolished our friend group. For nearly a decade afterwards I was so ashamed and scared of people finding my past that I had real nightmares about losing all my friends. Then that groomer went on to become a proper lolcow and got her own thread, and my past WAS dug up...but it didn't actually end the world. The kiwis here reassured me that it wasn't my fault, and I learned about how my groomer effectively ruined her own life. Where I expected the worst, I found compassion in its place, and one of my worst fears was finally faced and conquered all thanks to KiwiFarms.

I also made some great friends here! During some "the site's going down forever, abandon ship, it's so over" moment, someone posted a link to a Discord in a thread I follow and I joined. There were only like 3 other people in it, so the four of us ended up becoming really good friends. When the one of us in a different country came to visit the other two that lived together, I came up and stayed for a week and all four of us had a fantastic time! I made some awesome memories with some awesome people and still have mementos from that trip all around my computer! I can't wait to see them all again someday! To think, we never would've met or become friends if we hadn't all been using KiwiFarms at the right time.

I love KF! This site has enriched my life way more than some bullshit website like Twitter or Instagram ever has. I think that's deserving of a spot on the Nice list!

During the pandemic the global population became extremely online, unfortunately this probably led to a few people trooning out who otherwise wouldnt, but I feel like the existence of the farms as the Final Boss of Transphobia acted as a stopgap for at least a few people. If the farms helped prevent some confused closeted homosexual from cutting his dick off I think thats a pretty good thing

  • this site has unironically made me more confident and outspoken irl because I let the crazy cancel culture shit get into my head back before I joined. I learned to laugh at the crazy shit that's going on in the world again instead of letting it bother me.
  • I appreciate that the site doesn't act like mental illness is a license to be a terrible person, which I feel is becoming the norm
  • There isn't any other website that manages to have this level of diversity in interests, opinion and life experience while still feeling like an actual community
  • Exposing shit like the contaminated bathtub hormones is literally information that will save lives and likely has already.

Teaching me the importance of archiving everything. The Internet used to have a saying in that what’s on the Internet stays on it forever. Now, that’s no longer the case. The good news is, there can still be consequences for being a total nematode on the web and that comes with learning how to archive everything that’s important.

Also no censorship. You can say whatever you want, whenever you want, a quality that can’t be found anywhere else. It’s honestly shocking that KiwiFarms still manages to be up without being taken down despite unprecedented efforts that have targeted domains, IPs, DDoSs (leading Matthew Price to cuck himself with removing Cloudflare’s protection from KiwiFarms), and other things.

May we sneed for a century more.

The reality is, as much as we point and laugh at these Lolcows, these threads their "stalkers" are actually probably the best friends some of these Lolcows will ever have. We've offered these people genuine criticism and advice to get these people help. Hell, it's even gone far beyond that. Null has genuinely tried to help multiple cows improve their lives only for them to bite the hand that feeds. You could make the argument that Null for a time was Chris Chan's best and only friend. Sometimes people are just beyond help. That being said, there are Lolcows who have gotten the message that sometimes detractors aren't just haters and have actual points and have taken advice or opportunities to improve their lives. Some have even, dare I say it...Gotten off the internet. I think if you were ever to actually put KiwiFarms on a stand and cast true judgement, you'd find out the forum with Movie Nights, Caturday, a step by step guide on how to protect your identity online, Secret Santas, and a fucking Love Quest Completion trophy; is probably a net positive for humanity compared to other popular places online.

We do a form of pro-social bullying.

Most farmers, myself included, would be more than happy to see cows do better and improve their lives. We are very forgiving when it comes to human error. This is in direct opposition to how most other sites treat wrongs. Here, you get laughed at for being retarded and then left alone when it's over. Elsewhere, you are forever shunned and can never redeem yourself for something that's not even that morally reprehensible. We forgive most sins of cows which says a lot about the importance of speaking your mind

The kiwi farms has provided me with an elegant forum based UI that, not only works well, but also looks good, while serving as a logbook for the funny.

2. Caturday photos and videos.
3. The loony troon Elizabeth Waite's wife and child were looked after emotionally and financially by supportive farmers.
4. A place for me to read articles and happenings in the news. Many different stories.
5. Where I am free to comment authentically and see the same from others.
6. Hilarious commentary on fat retards like Chantal, Anna O'Brien, and Amberlynn.
7. Organized and relevant documentation of abuse from Nader Elshamy.
8. The same for other abusers like the Schofields and Daddy O' None.
9. Toonz and Poonz posting their L's.
10. A fantastic replacement for NeoVagina Disasters and a platform for detransitioners to speak.

You all are fantastic and provide me with countless hours of entertainment and knowledge. Merry Christmas to you all!

I think preparing an emergency care package for Chris Chan after his house fire, and outing a DSP alog trying to act as a prostitute as a couple of Dutch extortionists are two of the more noble things we have done.
 
Documenting Nick Bate (Nickalaus Stoutzenberger). We didn't actually bust him (his victim is the heroine of the story) but we did make sure what a piece of shit he is was thoroughly documented.

Exposing Trans LifeLine's founders as scam artists. In fact, that particular exposure is the cause of a lot of our tumult because one brick-faced chink has never gotten over it.
