So I play weeb shit and usually, they are filled with coomer-shit or weird designs and I'm desensitized to it at this point. With that said, sometimes, I come across some designs that just confound me.
Which brings me to Azur Lane's version of Shimakaze. Even by fanservice weeb shit, it weirds me out.
What is up with that outfit? Why is she wearing a thong outside on her ridiculously short skirt? Why does she have four eyebrows? (the dots and the lines right under the dots)
It feels like the devs tried to rival KanColle's loli waifu Shimakaze by making this one extra shameless.
And just a slight autistic gripe of mine. If you make kemomimi characters, don't also give human ears on top of the animal ears.

This isn't too bad, considering it's more like wacky alt take type fan art stuff. The fucking "clashman" typo reference is a really specific one you'd only get if you playedthe game where crashman is labelled as "clashman" which was one of the gameboy games iirc.

My big problem with the bodysuit is that it just stops at the butt and leaves Rex with some weird zettai ryouiki thing due to those stupid Mickey Mouse boots.

With Rex from Xenoblade I noticed that his super special endgame outfit gives him an 'X' silhouette. The design is much better but when I pointed out the 'X' to my buddy playing the game, he got annoyed about it. And Rex still has zettai ryouiki.

See, the thing is I was actually looking for "realistic" horror VNs because animu look is not for me, and I thought the backgrounds were kinda nice, but nothing says realism then Dream Daddy style nonbinary vegan

edit: Imagine my shock, the creator is a straight white Karen who inserted herself as a fuckable option due to her own insecurities while she herself sexualizes guys with eating disorders. Very stunning and brave.

Some claim BW were toning down their female characters, to challenge beauty standards in gaming.
Either BW is doing things like this on purpose or their animators are comically bad. I think it's latter. Dead eyes, shiny amphibian skin, and a mouthful of cotton.

I was wondering which one was the goth for quite a bit until I noticed the shiny black pants and depressed expression on no. 4.
Also, the plant lover is definitely no. 5. Dude's higher than a motherfucker.
PAD has some really messy designs. Looking at Jabberwock confuses me.
