That is sad. But then again, the franchise seems to have a fetish for it. Even Zexal has more than just him in the "crazy-ass hair department".

Pretty much any character in Steven Universe. I could go off on how the show is a boring waste of thought full of unlikable characters (Greg is fun, though) and attempts to be whimsical and friendly, but since we're talking about character designs, I'll harp on that. Almost every character is ugly. Garnet's hair and strange proportions, Steven and Pearl's noses, those blond "dreads" on the fry stand people, and so on. The only show I can think of that looks worse is Clarence, which I haven't tried watching, but I get the feeling it's at least better than Steven Universe. Though that's not saying much.
