If I Photoshopped out the vertical line on their faces they would just be three midgets dressed up as Alvin and the Chipmunks instead of actually Alvin and the Chipmunks. It's because the author/manga says so about him, so I can see why... It's "good" because the character looks nice and gets happy ending.

However, after finished the whole thing, I still feel like the character, he's being an feminine gay (dates a guy at the end) boy with stupid idea "I'm not a boy nor a girl".

I'm not well-read in comics, but isn't this guy the ultimate mutant? A huge, imposing, final boss-kind of character. Magneto is a jobber compared to him.

This version is played like a wandering bum. He can change his size.... in dream sequences. Oscar was a weird choice, and it wasn't one of his better performances. Fans started from a place of resentment and he wasn't going to win them back.

I think they go for that generic style since it must be cheap to produce, every fucking cartoon looks the same so it's not like they are going to have any trouble finding someone who knows the style to animate their ultraviolent and borderline pornographic "adult" cartoons!

Upon first reading of your post my brain couldn’t seem to comprehend that you were talking about the image on the left. My only coherent thought was “Sir… sir that is Ivan Ooze…”

The new GotG game that just came out is pretty dang good (character interactions are fun and has some really obscure references that I really wasn’t expecting like Ruby Thursday showing up), though while Thanos isn’t in the game (killed by Drax prior), his design we see is terrible.

It’s kinda funny though, first Thanos was inspired by Metron, then he became based on Darkseid, and now he’s got Josstice Steppenwolf thrown in on top of that.
