What Are The Worst Character Designs You Have Ever Seen?

Payday has some pretty decent character design when it comes to either grounded or borrowed characters. The original gang looks great, basic unassuming guys who can't be ID'd easy holds up to scrutiny, Even borrowing John Wick, Jimmy, Bodhi and the like from different movies stays in the realm. Even jacket from Hotline keeps witht he theme.

But Sydney, fuck what a goddamed mess.

Lets take this Aussie broad, cover her in nonsense tattoos, giver her danger hair and rolled up sleeves as well as a super recognizable accent and throw her in for people who want "Mah Waifu"

The other female characters at least made sense. An ugly broad that looks like Jabba fucked a dump truck and the Irish chick with no identifying anything. But Live Journal Lisa over here screams "My tumblr girlfriend wants to be a pretty lady"

Plus her voice actress sounds goddamed terrible

Fingerless gloves, huh? Yeah, that seems smart.
(Also, tosser? Isn't that more of a British thing? Speaking as an Australian, I don't think I've ever heard another Australian call someone a tosser.)

I always liked Vectorman for Sega, he was this cool looking "orbot" ball-robot character that could do all sorts of cool things like fire lasers from his hands and transform and such.

He only had the 2 games, but they're both classics. In 2003, he was almost given a dark and edgy PS2 reboot though. Somehow he'd become a generic transformer-looking thing with a weird voice that used guns and swords.

Thankfully it was never finished or released.
Reboot version looks like someone tried to make a OC from Halo and Transformers. No relation to the iconic design that made Vectorman unique from other robots.

As far as terrible character designs go, there was a fighting game spinoff of Castlevania that used the artist of Death Note for character designs. While I'm not much of a critic, the look on Simon and Grant don't click well imo. Simon Belmont looks like he's heading down to the leather club three blocks down. Meanwhile, Grant looks like a cross between Death Note reject
and a mummy.

IIRC, that version of The Riddler looks like that because they modeled him after their original choice for his voice actor:

...which explains a lot. I myself like the design, especially after we saw what Riddler WOULD have looked like originally:

(which ended up revised into Cluemaster)

I get more of an Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas vibe from that design than the Riddler tbh. Good thing they didn't go with it.

Not the worst thing ever but still, ugh. There's just so much going on- he's a ninja and a cyborg and an assassin who does martial arts and has sword hands, and he has kewl red eyes sometimes and white hair and an eyepatch and presumably a coffee machine and garbage disposal built into all the stuff that's going on here. You can tell how hard they're trying to make him cool, but he's like the bastard spawn of Inspector Gadget, the terminator and a fibreglass jetski.

I wouldn't go on to say that they're THA WURST DEESIGNS EVUR, but the knights in Fire Emblem Awakening and Fates deserve a mention:
The berserkers from Fates are pretty poorly thought out too if you take into account their in-game portraits. It took me a long time to figure out that they aren't supposed to be an alien.
