That art is from X Dive which is a mobile game but not a gatcha, she first appears in Mega Man X 8. The design alterations between appearances are minimal.
Edit: I just realized I confused X Drive with a different mobile game. I apologize, it is a gatcha, but the point still stands there are minimal design alterations and she is in the official console games.

I find it distractingly weird how the "flesh" for the torso is tan while her face is white.

These all seem fine and fit in with the character. And you're going to get rule 34 for literally every character in that game, rule 34 has no boundaries. And the final one is meant to be a Minotaur in connection with idea of a classic, big monster with a huge weapon, which is an easy skin to create, so they did.

Tbh a majority, or filthy minority, of western porn art is absolutely horrid. I feel like once upon a time it may have been decent but not anymore.

She looks like a Kim Possible character with mutated calves and Rob Liefeld feet. I understand her original design was cheesecakey as the original games were aimed at an older teenage audience. I understand wanting to make the costume more modest for children. What I don't understand is the need to make her flatchested and have her dress like Darth Vader's Grandma. I'm surprised they didn't go all the way and make her a full on fatty or change her into a minority.

/Back in my day, adults thirsting for characters like Ms. Bellum was normal because she was an adult/ kek. I just didn't know it till later.
It been a while since ive seen a female character with tits, or an obvious, adult, female form in a non adult show. The reboot cheetara was decent, not the roar one, but that was what. 2015 or something? Im not a fan of steven Universe but i suppose Garnet counts for her ass, despite being two white, butch and fem lesbians cosplaying as a black woman.
Amethyst doesn't count, thirsting for the mentally disabled is weird.
I don't see a point in deeming a character too sexual and then completely nerfing what makes her a woman, especially if its a part of her character. Dark queen from battle toads was hyper sexy, alright, you can tone that down to a sill dress with a slit ffs, she was a character that used her sexuality as a taunt n weapon.
Ms Bellum comes to mind as she taught the girls about their femininity and im pretty sure helped them beat that one feminist villan who used her sex as a weapon, technically her hair and words.

I rather dislike too that appropriate for children=flat chest and no skin. Even Disney Princesses have more skin and actual breasts than this. They dress better, too.

Give Shego some credit tho. Then again she had some depth to her.
Then again not all catoons need an 'attractive' female character. Chowder comes to mind as Ms Endive(?) Was a representative of strong female wiles while being a late middle age cougar*. But that show handled adult topics n jokes well enough. Or i was just at an age where i was young enough to unironically love it, and old enough to to understand the darker comedy.
