PS3 - Yakuza 4
3DS - Mighty Gunvolt and Gunvolt 2

I installed the first Final Fantasy on my phone like a manchild. I got like 6 hours into my first game before I realized that items didn't automatically equip themselves, I legit thought the game was soul-crushingly difficult because I was accidentally playing it without any armor or weapons...whoops.

The original NES FF, I assume, right?

Borderlands: the Pre-Sequel, because I'm apparently a closet masochist.

Also Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator, because I still haven't gotten the Ky head from the fishing minigame.

Thinking of picking up Papers, Please next time I get ten bucks to drop, but I haven't decided if it's worth it yet.

BioShock Infinite's Burial at Sea Episode 2 on 1998 Mode. Nice change of pace from the main game and Episode 1.

BioShock Infinite is an easy game but I always get stuck on the last part with the stupid ship no matter what difficulty.
Yeah, I had a hard time with that part when I did it last week. I'll be dreading it when I replay the game on 1999 mode. Still better than the original BioShock's end game, though.

Danganronpa 2.

I'm digging it so far. Manages to improve on the original in almost every aspect- especially making you give a shit about the deaths.

What's Doom 4's gameplay like compared to 1 or 2? Didn't like 3 much but is 4 as good as everyone's saying?

It's definitely more like 1 or 2 than 3. Actually, it reminds me most of Quake. Extremely fast and chaotic, heavy emphasis on constantly moving to stay alive.

I don't know what game you were playing but it's not Doom. At least not on Ultra-Violence difficulty. Maybe on the easier settings enemies don't move as much but on UV even the damn imps zip around wildly, and the tougher enemies like Hell Knights, Summoners or Revenants even moreso. You burn through health really quickly too (again, on UV. I can't speak for the lower difficulty levels). I wouldn't say the overall game is as hard as Doom 2 on UV but then it does have upgrades, checkpoints, and other modern mechanics to help balance out the combat a bit.

Half way through White Knight Chronicles (the "remastered" version); it's okay. It's a slightly off and awkward version of Final Fantasy XII that's completely unenthusiastic about the fact it's about sword-wielding flying fantasy mechas.
