What are you playing right now?

Bug Fables.

Story and characters are very charming and by far the biggest draw. Side quests are more of a chore than they should be due to the journal not updating as you make progress with them.

I just completed it a few weeks backs when the physical copies arrived. It's really good, especially using the hard mode medal to give it that extra kick. Happy to see Paper Mario's formula actually getting iterated on and aimed more towards adults in terms of difficulty.

I just beat all 3 STALKER games. I like the series, but holy shit does it have way more contentious games. If I'm being honest, Clear Sky is probably my least favorite because of how much of a fucking chore it is to get through all the missions with the poorly implemented faction war system GSC tried going on.

Currently trying to play Far Cry 4. but I'm not sure that I'll manage it to the end. The story, characters and the whole gameplay is so fucking boring. Pagan Min is rather intresting dude, though I think they overdid the "crazy" part with him. IDK if Ubi ever said if he was gay or bi or whatever, but if he was, it'd be one of the best LGB representation I've ever seen in games. Something that those sjws whine about all night and day.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars. I'll just leave this absurd quote here.
Bruno explains that the journey thus far has taught him the splendor of nutrition and he now wishes to travel tje world to deepen his knowledge. After hearing his son out, Aureo suddenly removes his glasses... And in the blink of an eye, the flesh of Bruno's cheeks, pectorals, and abdomen recess... And Bruno is lifted off his feet with a dull roar! Your eyes go wide at Aureo's assault, which was too fast for your eyes to catch.
"Knowledge of nutrition can help save lives, but also strike down enemies," Aureo says softly.
"Wow, nutrition is incredible!" Ridis marvels, not putting too much thought into the events before her...

I'm super new to PC gaming side of things, been a console person for most of my life so I'm playing doom 2016 when I have the time to get used to aiming with MnK so far it's a kinda eh experience, but I figure I just need the muscle memory, or a larger mouse my hands are unfortunately pretty large.

I tried Red Dead Redemption with Xenia on PC but it runs like shit. I ended up playing Lollipop Chainsaw, that game runs fine and at a better framerate than on my 360.

Playing Metal Arms: Glitch in the System after like... ten years or so?

Maybe it’s because I’m playing on hard, but this game’s quite a bit tougher than I remember it being. Not looking forward to the turret level.

Regardless, I still love this game. It’s so damn quotable.

“Well, let’s not break out the joy lube just yet. We still got a lot of work to do!”

“Head him off the pass? Who does he think he is some kind of f———- cowboy?!”

“Will the party or parties responsible for releasing the experimental looney bots please put them back in their pens? They’re shooting the employees. Thank you!”

Currently Playing The Sinking city: a bit rough around the edges but I like the grimness here.
I wish it leaned into the Pathologic stuff more. It's always been a bit of a mystery how you could do a Pathologic-style game that isn't Pathologic and it turns out mashing it up with Lovecraft shit was a genius solution, but it pusses out after the beginning.

Been obsessed with Mordheim city of the damned. Play it every few years but never had as good a warband as I do now. It's really an underrated gem.

Mental Omega, the Red Alert 2 mod that's been in development longer than the actual Red Alert series. It's enormous so I can see where the time went. So far it's good fun and a nostalgia trip.

I've been playing tons of FTL lately, which made me want to play StarSector again, which made me want to play more FTL. So I've been alternating between the two almost daily.

It's super weeby, but I've been playing 'Super Robot Wars 30' for the PC and have really been enjoying it.
I've had to import the 'Southeast Asia' version of the last few games, since they're the only legal way to get the official English translation.
However, '30' is the first SRW title to get an official release on Steam.

It's pretty much the Tactical RPG version of smashing robot toys together, but it's been a lot of fun.

signed up for the "playstation: now" service on ps4, just because it's the modern version of renting games from the video store/playing games i'm not sure i want to actually pay for in entirety.

just started xcom: enemy unknown tonight. seems like it will be a lot of fun. tactical strategy/turn based games are just so relaxing to unwind after work with. first time playing the xcom series though

Re downloaded No Man's Sky since they started doing a compressed marathon of the Expeditions, which I hadn't bothered trying.

Not bad, gives me some exposure to features that were added some time after I last played it, but I hate how crowded the systems are with how many players have been passing through for the expedition.

The game HEARTBEAT is pretty good. It was made by Terf developers, but has nothing to do with that.

The amount of special magical people seems similar to the amount of gay people in real life... just a coincidence.

Why would you even mention that lol there's like one negative Steam review about it, otherwise no one would've so much as noticed.
You're letting them win by even thinking in these terms or using that to frame an entire video game, even if you try to downplay its significance.

The game itself looks nice.
