What are you playing right now?

Played a little of Spooky's House of Jumpscares last night.

It's so cute. Yet so unnerving at the same time. I've always hated the feeling of being chased by things.
The deer thing (specimen 6 I think) is the spookiest.

Dirt 3 on xbox

why does it feel like an arcade game and not an actual career/storyline

Between my never ending grind on Final Fantasy XIV, I've snagged Vermintide, that new Warhammer fantasy game. It's literally Left 4 Dead with rat monsters instead of zombies and a loot system, and I'm kinda okay with that. The matchmaking is a little wonky though. The way loot is obtained is kinda strange, too, but I guess it works

I've also been meaning to power through all the Resident Evil games from 5 onward. I tried a bit of RE6 and didn't hate it, so I might have to give it another go.

Titanfall.
Sure it floped hard, but i think its one of the most underrated and one of the best shooters on the xbone.
The gameplay is good, fluid, the hit detection is very good, the titans are badass, the campaign which changes depending on the outcome of the match, the voice acting, and the background battles which are amazing and change depending on the score.
I would give it a 8/10,and I hope it's mobility,mechas and gameplay keeps influencing other shooters(cod aw,bo3,halo 5,etc).

A bit of Zoo Tycoon 2. I'm having some problems getting some mods to work.

Doom 3 (not bfg edition) with Sikmod and some hi-res packs. For an eleven year old game it holds up extremely well. Even better with these mods. Also this was a game that made me upgrade my computer even though I couldn't afford it at the time. :P It was totally worth it.

Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition.

I'm completely in love with the Dragon Disciple kit. (Who doesn't want to breathe fire like a dragon?) I'm pretty keen on the Wild Mage kit too and will use that for my next playthrough most likely. I'm not so big on the new NPCs though. They're trying way too hard to make me sympathetic towards them and I'm not a fan of that. I prefer that neutrality the other companions have.

...I also have a couple of mods because I'm a dang dirty modder, but I've played the vanilla version of the original before.

(And any talking to me will probably result in me sperging over this.)

Shadowrun games, currently on "Shadowrun Returns".
The character customization and dialogues aren't particularly brilliant, but I like the combat and the overall atmosphere of the game world.

I got this game yesterday, and it is entertaining. The art style and art assets are colorful and fun. It is like Settlers of Catan meets Civilization meets Munchkin meets Game of Thrones meets furries. The card game can really shakes shit up. I've been meaning to buy it since the early access started on steam, but forgot until the other day. Also the card art is fucking gorgeous, and all the card art is animated in game.

I'm replaying the Banjo series starting from Banjo-Kazooie all the way to Nuts and Bolts! No Banjo Pilot though... but it's tons of fun. I'm already to world 7 and I've only got about 3:30 hours of playtime.

Skyrim and Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. With the former, I'm just having fun in playing outside the main quest through an alternate start mod. With Call of Cthulhu, I'm in Innsmouth looking for a missing person only to be stopped by a hanging corpse bug. Once I find a work-around with that, I'm off to snooping around Innsmouth again.

I'm over two years late to the party but I started playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf a couple of months ago. Now I'm kicking myself because I'm obsessed with it but since it's been out for so long nobody else plays it anymore so I can't do any of the fun interactive stuff (:_(
