What are you playing right now?

Started a fresh Skyrim playthrough after a pretty long hiatus, prompted by watching a dude beat it with just a fork:

I had at one point an idea to have a character that was a pathological hoarder, where every bit and bob of useless shit they would bring back to their home and fill it to the brim as much as I physically could of random garbage. I might try to do that with bottles since I decided that this character is an alcoholic orc.

You really ought to check ymfah's videos if you haven't already. He does the same kinds of absolutely retarded challenges, with much better editing and music selection, humor, and about 99.9% less yammering like a sped due to being a slav and using subtitles rather than speaking.

I'm currently playing Wasteland 3 and it's so far one of the most kino RPGs I've played. I'm relatively at the beginning, but so far the disco shootout with the corrupt Marshals was dope as fuck.

I liked the previous game Wasteland 2 a lot, in spite of it having more bugs than Klendathu.

Got a bunch of them from itch

Currently playing the original Panzer General. TBS is the only game genre I can still sit down and play for very, very long sessions any more, and this particular game is solid gold.

I'm trying to see if you can make Mass Effect Andromeda playable with enough mods. So far I've overhauled every NPC complexion, overhauled the MC's face, shut up the annoying Jarvis robot, shut up the annoying squadmate grunts during combat, changed the class system, added more points per level, simplified the horrible crafting system, sped up the annoying mining system, de-shrekified the Asari, improved the loot system...game still sucks but I've honestly had more fun doing this than playing the game itself. Never realized the modding community for this game was so dedicated.

Days Gone. I'm actually enjoying it a lot more than i thought i would.
Same. I watched the 21 Kiloton review a few weeks ago and I decided to wait for the Steam Sales to get it. I'm still at the beggining but I really like the game and its setting. It's a shame that the studio will never get to make a sequel, thanks to the gamejournos who trashed it because it wasn't a snuff film like TLoU2.

The one thing that is bothering me is the voice actor for the main guy. He's fucking terrible to the point that it becomes bizarre that the devs didn't replace him at some point. He randomly starts yelling mid sentence, he does this weird thing on some lines where he inhales really loudly for some reason, there's one cutscene in particular where you can tell that he is 100% reading straight off the script and not even trying to act. Also, he never. shuts. up.
You don't like Sam Witwer?!

I didn't know there were mods that fixed these issues. I guess I might continue my run on insanity.

Playing Lightning Returns. On day 3 and already finished 3/4 of the areas, so just got wildlands left. So I guess time isn’t a problem for me. Would be great though if you could level up without doing fetch quests.

I just finished Fire Emblem: Three Houses which I bought on a whim for cheap on Black Friday. I didn't expect to get so hooked on it, but I pretty much played it straight through over a few weeks. Every Fire Emblem I've played up to this point was firmly in the traditional camp, the old GBA & SNES ones many years ago so this was my first go with the post-Awakening style games. It really didn't feel like a Fire Emblem game with lack of stuff like the weapon triangle, recruit-able enemies, turn rewinding and such but the the different kind of RPG it did feel like is still one I really liked.

All the character customization, while very unlike Fire Emblem, was very addicting and fun. I didn't expect stuff like the monster mechanics but I liked it after I understood it... didn't bother to learn about battalions until after my only reset in the game due to character death on the unexpected first appearance of a monster. It took me a much longer time to beat than maybe all the other Fire Emblems I've played combined (nearly 100 hours) but that may be due to all the monastery padding.

Still, really good. I'm tempted to replay it with the New Game+ feature because apparently the path I took was the most short and unfinished. I don't regret it because Edlegard did nothing wrong.

Recently got back into Twisted Metal 4, luckily my save data was on the still-functioning card. Speaking of which, discovered an about-right tier list recently:

Bought Dragon Quest 11 on Steam and have been giving that a try.

It’s the DQ I know and love, but man is it clear this was meant to be played on a console and not with a keyboard and mouse.

Just finished Halo Reach, and I'm moving on to CE. It's weird how nostalgic for this series I am, but I'd say Halo has held up really well to the test of time regardless.
