What are you playing right now?

HIGHWAY TO THE DANGER ZONE.

Xcom Enemy Unknown

Really tense and hard as fuck strategy game. With a few minor flaws. Like how your soldiers can very often shoot directly through walls to kill an enemy, and even in cover you think is good you get shot from 40 meters away. I have a feeling the cover system was designed initially much more complexly but they made the targeting system more accommodating in testing.

Organ Trail: Director's Cut. One of the first Steam games to be greenlit on Steam and a pretty good parody of the classic game Oregon Trail. What's better than travelling all the way to Safe Haven from DC while fighting zombies, escaping from zombie deers and teach these dang dirty bikers a lesson?

Oh hey The Last of Us is out for PS4 and I had no idea until the night before it comes out? Well alright then. :tomgirl:

Tomb Raider Underworld.

I'm having a blast. Too bad I'm such a derp with heights. Lara's tits help her bounce though.

Yesterday I got Dark Souls II. That is the only game I've been playing since yesterday. Dying isn't fun but beating a boss sure is.

Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD (who names their games like that?)

It's a direct port from Android with revamped controls and fancier graphics. Comparing to games like X3, the game mechanics of GoF2 are very primitive. I like this game, though, because I enjoyed the original Galaxy on Fire 2 (for mobile phones using Java) very much, and the PC version reminds me of it.

Still playing Dark Souls 2. Managed kill Velstadt. Best time to attack him was when he was casting hexes since that leaves him open.

War Thunder. Stick to a keyboard and mouse or a flightstick; trying to play it with a controller is like trying to eat a sandwich using just your elbows.

When you do play it with the right tools though, it's really fun. I think so far it's superior to World of Tanks and World of Warplanes.

Is it wrong of me to also do this sort of thing for fun? I love this game.
Lara dying is a huge part of the series. To the point where the devs of TR1 in Anniversary's commentary mentioned they had a single developer who modeled all of Lara's death animations continuously, and they had to cut some out. In almost every game Lara has been able to die in some particularly amusing ways.

That t-rex nomming on her has made my day.

Apparently balls to boobs and a punch kills her too?

Even as far back as TR1 the deaths were amusing

The Midas Hand one was remade in Anniversary

The original Tomb Raider is one I've never been able to beat.

I like how in the training area in her house, she's talking but stops when she dives to her death.

The deaths are so cartoonish and comical. Combined with the fact that Lara eternally reloads at a checkpoint after dying in the new ones, dying in something that is going to happen sooner or later.

Finally reached the final boss of Dark Souls II. Unfortunately, the boss is making me mad, causing me to rage quit thanks to the four times I died. May as well give the game a break for now.

How many times did to die on Gwyn?

Many times with Gwyn but that was mostly on New Game+. Here in DSII, the final boss can't be parried, can do curse damage, has a ranged attack that can kill and can summon some orbs that can curse you. Pretty much had to summon two NPC's since they can divert the attention of the final boss but even then the final boss kills them. Funny thing with that boss is the music since its mondegreen can make me think the word "potato" is being said.
