What are you playing right now?

Played Garry's Mod for the first time today. I wonder if there are some MLP NPC's out there. I'd like to try and make a scenario where the ponies come across a creepy brony or some anime models so I can make a scenario where the anime characters deal with a weeaboo.
There are ridiculous amounts of pony NPC's. just do a quick search.

Well, I'm gonna try that. I also have to learn a few other things in using Garry's Mod. Also wonder if there is any Sonichu related content for Garry's Mod. It would probably be hilarious to use Chris as an NPC or even player model.

I haven't seen any CWC related gmod things. There is a crap ton of Sonic stuff though so making a Sonichu ragdoll wouldn't be hard.

Just wondering, is it possible to take fan made assets from Left 4 Dead 2 and use it in G-Mod? I downloaded a retexture of the boomer that is basically Chris, with stripped shirt and Sonichu medallion.

I used to have a medallion prop back when workshop was toybox. I miss it.

You know what's bullshit? When you're playing NetHack and the game throws a goddamned mind flayer at you on the second level of the Gnome Mines. Like, seriously?

So does that you mean you died? All that work, all the good loot you've gotten, gone to waste?

I got away from it (thank you cloak of displacement), but it was still really not something I wanted to run into. I found a wand of lightning on the floor below, and I'm saving that for when (if) I go back up the mines.

Just wondering how far are you in that game? How many floors/levels/chapters/whatever is covered within it? I kinda want to give NetHack a try even though I feel intimidated not with the controls but with whatever I'd encounter.

The Gnome Mines is a really early branch off the main dungeon. It usually starts on the third or fourth floor. You normally don't run into mind flayers until way the fuck later; I don't know what's with the RNG today. (Speaking of which, I finally managed to kill it with the wand of lightning.) Farthest I've ever made was Medusa's lair (floor 21 in my case, although it varies), which is usually around halfway down.

If you do want to get into NetHack, expect a lot of difficulty; it has the learning curve of a brick wall. There's a fairly comprehensive wiki for it, and you'll probably need it to get a handle on the game. That being said, once you do get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun. Also, I'd recommend visiting nethack.org and downloading the Nethack executable; the online versions tend to lag, and that can really mess you up.

Thanks, besides if save scumming does exist, I think I might abuse that unless the game punishes save scummers.

You sort of can; if you copy your save file before loading it, I'd imagine you can paste it back in and get back to where you last saved. That being said, I've never done it, so the game might recognize that and do something horrible.

Lord do I hope Assassin's Creed IV is more entertaining than III was...

Currently I am going back and forth between what games I can juggle when I'm not reading. Outlast is the first and I am enjoying it so much. My lover watches me play and, despite how tense the environment is, I have very little patience when I have to be sat in a room for far too long waiting for a mutant creature to path to the opposite direction. I've had far too many yolo moments to count, but surprisingly, I've only suffered for it once. I'm very good at this surviving thing.

And Anarchy Reigns. That game makes my thumb hurt, I love it. I actually had to stop playing for a day because the button mashing sequences were so insane that my thumb was too sore to move without me wincing in pain. I also have intense homosexual urges whenever I play Leo. Stupid Platinum and their ridiculously pretty men...

Last night before going off to bed, I played some Terraria. Trying to get iron so I can make a sawmill and some other things.

I tried nethack. Oddest controls I've seen in awhile. Died really quickly too.

Nethack takes some getting used to, but how many games let you truthfully say, "Well, today I got ambushed and swallowed by a purple worm, but I had a drum on hand and I managed to scare it into puking me up. Then, when I caught up to it, I used a scroll I had to tame it and now everything that opposes me gets engulfed and digested alive"?

Since last Saturday, I've been playing a lot of Terraria. I think find it to be as good as Minecraft if not better. Already gone through a few bosses, now I just have to kill the Wall of Flesh once I find a Guide doll to throw in the lava.

Still playing Nethack. Currently rampaging through Gehennom and murdering everything with Grayswandir.

Just killed the Wall of Flesh, unfortunately, the drops might disappear since a stupid demon killed me. Add to that hardmode spawning tough monsters that killed and a bloodmoon that killed a few merchants in my mansion home. Rage quit levels were at an all-time high.
