List your predictions for the future of any kind. Here are some of mine:

  • Sexuality will become an increasingly fashionable thing, in the sense that people will view it in the same way people have tastes for different foods.
  • China will outpace America in space technology and progress, spurring a second space race that leads to resumed manned missions.
  • The 2028 election will pit JD Vance against a white male democrat, with the democrat probably winning. I predict either Newsom or Beshear as their candidate, with a proud women of color as their running mate.
  • No or very few nations in the world will have a replacement birth rate by 2040.
  • Asian immigrants will outnumber hispanic ones in the US by this point as well.
  • There will be serious considerations of creating colonies/year round towns in Antarctica.

I highly doubt the Democrats will be able to do anything in 2028. They will have their chance in 2032, but they still haven't got the hint about what makes them unpopular. Some state level Democrat parties like in my state doubled down on troon issues. Newsom will not win, and if he does, you can remind me years later when I said this. California is despised at the national level, and anyone can just run a few ads of Californian cities. Also disagree for sexuality.

Sadly we will continue to see the centralization of the internet. Many old communities are lost, and more will be lost by the end of the decade. It's sad to see how many dead forums are out there. So many forums are replaced with a "Come join our trooncord!" or quietly die. Some of which are too late to archive, or they used old image hosting websites that deleted so many pictures a long time ago.

The Korean Wave will also die out by the end of this decade. Kpop demon hunters did extend it's already dying lifespan. But the Korean obsession will slowly fade away. Don't know which Asian country gets obsessed over after Japan and South Korea. After Squid Game, and some would also say All of Us Are Dead. I doubt there would be any remaining audience for gook dramas too. I don't see jap dramas or chink dramas having much appeal. But we'll see.

My future predictions, in no particular order.
  • As the internet becomes increasingly shitty, some people will gradually seek more IRL interaction and/or offline hobbies
  • Circumcision will gradually become stigmatized, and ultimately will be viewed the same way as lobotomies are today
  • Society will gradually polarize until most people are either tech-lovers or neo-luddites, with tech-lovers being functionally retarded due to relying on AI for everything + not touching grass
  • Rising property costs either cause a return to multigenerational households, or a mass epidemic of squatters occupying empty "investment properties"
  • Rising cost of new cars + increasing amount of undesirable tech in new cars, will lead to 80s/90s/00s cars ceasing to be scrapped and actually rising in value. People will get them from junkyards, and pay 10k+ to restore them to like-new condition, simply to avoid the cost and tech of modern cars.

This one here is so retarded that I have to assume this is a shit post.

My predictions:
  • The AI bubble pops because of either the inability to improve, mixed with the lack of supporters, OR because of foreign & national laws that prevent its growth and usage.
  • The internet will become so capitalized and corporate, with ID verification, game patents, and the such, that it will convince people to go outside and actually start building a life, thus boosting the economy. Essentially evolving backwards. Doesn't matter the laws that would force the internet onto the populous, people will avoid it like the plague with the amount of shit on it.
  • Republicans win 2028. No doubt (though this could just be Kiwi-blindness. We are going to have to wait out the term to see if what Trump does actually works well). Most likely J.D. Vance running. 2032 is a mystery, but I believe that Erika Kirk does have a chance to be the first female president. Hazy, but I can see it happening.
 
Unconditional support for Israel will be denormalized in American culture by 2035. As zoomers rise in social status with age Israel will gradually lose its significance because of lacking grassroots support.

Probably China. Chinese anime games are already super popular for normies (like Genshin and co.). I don't think c-dramas will ever take off but some of their webcomics are already fairly popular too, I keep seeing some faggy ancient Chinese themed webcomic being mentioned. Kpop is dying but I don't think japs and chinks will be able to take over, jap musics still seem niche and I have never seen a westerner listening to chink music.
 
Another Heaven's Gate type cult will appear out of nowhere and do something incredibly retarded citing the appearance of 3IAtlas as the catalyst for action, similar to what Heaven's Gate did for the comet Hale-Bopp. There will be a media spectacle for about "2 weeks," but nothing else significant will come out of it and the incident will be similarly forgotten about.

  • Democrats in America will make a terrible campaign for midterms.

right now i think the republicans are going to win 2028 they might lose some states like georgia though. though if the economy tanks or something they'll lose the election is in three years after all

I honestly didn't even know who Erika Kirk was before reading this, and only realized due to context. In all honesty, the Charlie Kirk assassination will be as relevant in 2032 as Hurricane Katrina is to us now. Also, incumbent parties are tilted to lose in presidential elections. The last time this happened was in 1988, with Bush Sr coasting off of Reagan's 49 state landslide. The last time two presidents from the same party served at least two back to back terms was Truman.
 
Here's some of my predictions in optimistic fashion:

1.) India, Pakistan, and China will be involved in a three-way proxy war with each other by 2035.

2.) In 1-5 years AI will be more active in news/media as journalist, actors, and figures online for political gay-op propaganda. This will be welcomed with heavy backlash online, proving that The Dead Internet Theory is real.

3.) Los Angles will FINALLY have an earthquake/tsunami sinking into the earth.

4.) And finally The Heat Debt of the Universe will happen at August 12, 2036.
 
  • india will become very wealthy, the west will erect hurdles towards investments from india, while trying to sell them niggertech for sweet sweet gold

  • europe will become extremely poor, the social system will collapse under unfounded liabilites for pensioners, even after the third worlders are kicked out again
  • the usa will become poorer, will accept geopolitical irrelevance as they can only force europe to buy their dumb niggertech
  • south korean incels will seek for unification with north korea, under north korean leadership
  • faggots will be pushed back into the closet

But the Church of England will become Muslim. It will still be literally called the Church of England. But it will be Muslim.

Hear me out: Epsicopalianism is, conceptually, a political dicksucker church for people with no coherent principles. It always has been. That's not anti-Protestantism in my case, it's actaully anti-Papism again because Henry VIII was fully on board with bishops if they reported to him.

Then the whole course of the English Reformation is basically these different theologies/religious movement having an endless back and forth trying to control the Church. There's Arminians or whatever they were called, were basically like Catholics without caring about bringing the Pope back. There's crypto-Catholics. There's Calvinists (Puritans, Presbyterians), and they tended to sit very uneasily with it as they wanted institutional power but didn't want bishops. The Quakers and Anabaptists didn't try to control the Church in the first place since they believe in it as a concept. The Lutherans never really took off since their conversion base got sucked in by Henry VIII's mystery meat faith. Later, the Methodists are what happens with Epsicopalianism has its own Reformation and they get pissed and decide to go play by themselves.

And in the end the Calvinists largely fuck off (Cromwell being one of the ones to introduce the idea of not needing an established church), the Methodists fuck off, the Quakers and Baptists were never onboard in the first place, anybody that was a sincere Catholic would have just continued being a Catholic, so all you have left to work with are people that may or may not (emphasis may not) be sincere Christians but don't really care to think about it that deeply and are mostly there because it's a thing hoity-toity people do. And that carries over into the colonies, the Episcopalian planters in the South are the same ones that are flirting the most with Deism compared to the super intense backcountry.

So what happens when Globohomo dies and the Muslims take over? The Church of England doesn't die. It just abandons its vague soup of liberal universalism to, as it has always done, shill the establishment position, and that will be Islam.

Data Center credits are going to become another utility like electricity or water. You hook up your house or business to a beefed up internet connection and it sucks up a certain amount of credits to keep running. Alternatively people can grow a brain and roll their own infrastructure but I've been taught to have little faith in the power of people not be terminally lazy and stupid so unfortunately the most likely scenario is most of the population will be hopelessly dependent on megacorps for yet another resource..
 
my prediction is that the AI data center boom is just an excuse for companies to buy up land (much like blackrock has been doing through blackstone), they always are in small towns and farmland, possibly to force people back into cities to force renting, and to up the cost of computers as communication and information computers give you access to can and will prevent companies and government from doing shady business.
