Society will continue sucking.
You and I will grow older and begin to hate everything from mortality to how we're breaking down more and more.

Realistically?

Most menial labor will get replaced by automation and surveillance, but instead of living the welfare dream all of that retail workforce will get the big finger and just rot away unless they start using their phones to learn current in-demand skills instead of rotting on titkok.

Politics will just rot past the core since no generation managed to get past propaganda and vote 3rd to victory.

Cancer and aids will be cured behind lower upper class paywall.

And just maaaaaaybe a nuclear holocaust will actually happen before any of the above.
 
More detransitioners win their malpractice lawsuits and we start seeing ads like the mesothelioma ones about 'you may be entitled to a settlement'. The FTC concludes that 'gender medicine' is defrauding people and causing harm. And other sorts of things where the TQ get assfucked by the mighty fist of reality.
