What's interesting to me is that the majority of AGPs, particularly the terminally online ones have an abject hatred of technology. Not in the Ted Kaczynski "it's fucking civilization up" way, but in the "I just want society to rot and decay and everyone to be miserable as I am" way.

This is nigh impossible and also insane. There are so many procedures scientists are working on researching.

If body transfer was possible, does everyone get an opposite sex clone from birth so they can be the same age when they transfer? Do you start from baby again? Wouldn't people abuse it for immortality insanity and shenanigans first? You can't just produce a whole body of the opposite sex from whole cloth as the same age as you, and if you could, how well would that shit hold together? Accelerated growth sounds like it will accelerate cancers. Somehow making a new adult body with all connections would be fucking nuts due to how many itty bitty pieces there are - you're not a fucking house, you're a super computer that can get fucked up majorly if the nerve that tells you when to pee doesn't function properly. Would your other body have a conscious already? We don't know if there are empty consciousness states, just impared brain activity.

Reversing and modifying bone structure and reproductive system? Where does all that mass go for males and how do you build that shit for females? And how do you grow not only a set of ovaries, a vagina, a canal, and a uterus, how the fuck do you hook all that shit together? This isn't fuckin' Legos, this is a human body. And if you could rewrite brain and physical body parts like code, why wouldn't you rewrite genetic illnesses, mental illnesses, memories, and other stuff first? You could contemplate it, but the real answer is probably that people would have a bunch of unseen consequences from it. The gender imbalance might be off, the cost of switching back due to not actually vibing with your new sex would be as costly as changing it. There would be medical side effects we couldn't foresee and shit turns tragic. People would force their child to become a man or a woman to get inheritance or to cure the gay or for any petty fucking reason. Criminals would go through it to hide themselves.

If you could true and honestly have your entire body magically changed, then yeah, a man could fully become a woman and a woman could fully become a man. But the rest of your problems would still exist: you'd have a subset of new women who would still be the same amount of attractive as if they were a man, the same amount of intelligent as if they were a man, the same mental problems they did as a man - you'd still be an ugly dipshit with mental health problems outside of transitioning who couldn't get other lesbians because your personality is inherently bad. Your only comfort is that you can now make a society of mentally ill MtFs who have actual lesbian bodies, which might be enough, but the personality of a terminally online coomer with massive insecurity issues doesn't go away. You'd also have an uptick in STDs and shitty parents for all those who have a fetish for transitioning, either sex, as they're listening to their fetish and not looking to take care of their health or a child.

You'll also have a subset of trans people who think hormones and feminized men/testosterone women are beautiful as is. They either don't want to become real chromosome havers, want a custom configuration, or genuinly believe the ritual of being transgender and taking hormones is more important than being XY or XX. So enjoy infighting.

TL;DR: You can't break the laws of physics and science. Even if you could be a real man/woman, your end result personality would still suck and you might get caught in a trap of your own making by refusing to confront your actual personality problems. You would be a real man/woman, but you will be as miserable and as insecure as you were before, now with a new set of gender specific problems that you didn't count on because you were too focused on the gender panacea.

Nothing. Because this is never going to happen. I predict that there'll be a point in the near future where practicing/licensed doctors will realize that sexual reassignment surgery is nothing more than a (harmful and damaging) "solution" to a problem that, simply put, does not exist.
To me, there is no such thing as gender dysphoria - it's either severe delusions that are on the same level of insanity as bog-standard schizophrenia, or it's just thinly-veiled, unapologetic fetishism that has its roots based on attentionwhoring/narcissism.
You do not treat a schizophrenic patient by telling him that the voices in his head are indeed telling the truth. Confirming one's delusion will only make their existing neuroticism infinitely worse, and this is the exact type of treatment they use for people with "gender dysphoria". All of this is absolute insanity, and I'm not even sure how SRS managed to be standardized as a legitimate form of surgery in the first place, when it's nothing more than mutilation that has chronic effects/consequences on the patient. The amount cases where "trans" people who went through SRS that went on to deeply regret it afterwards is, at this point, innumerable.
This sort of "awakening" amongst doctors cannot come soon enough - where they finally realize that gender dysphoria cannot be treated with chemically artificial pills + mutilation of one's sexual organs, but instead through the same techniques that are used for severe mental diseases, like the aforementioned schizophrenia.

Once again, I predict that it'll be remembered as nothing but the 21st century equivalent of lobotomy. Much like it, it offers no valuable long-lasting benefits for the patient, and in 99% of cases, it actually worsens the living condition of them instead of making it better.

As for the OP's conjecture. The answer is NO. The transferal of a male conscious to a perfect female body will still not result in a woman, because he, the conscious bearer, knows he is not a woman. He will of course proclaim otherwise but that doesn't change a thing.

The problem you have here is that you're dealing with hypothetical situations that currently have no way forward. How can you transfer consciousness if we don't even know what consciousness actually is? And wouldn't it just be a clone?

Now, as for modifying bone structure and the like, the closest I can think of that happening is through Michael Levin's work, which will absolutely change the world once it's done, but it won't change sex. Why? Because you cannot change a Y chromosome into an X chromosome or vice versa. Not only do they do different work, but they were donated by your parents, and you can't just shift the Y chromosome father's sperm gave you into an X chromosome. He got the Y from his father, not his mother.

You can't just tell an ovary to start producing sperm because it has no DNA behind it, and you can't just CRISPR in a random Y chromosome. On that note, you can't get a testicle to start behaving like an ovary.

There are many things on the horizon, but not actual sex changes. Some things just cannot be tampered with, and there are zero theories about how to go about tampering with them. Even with CRISPR's knock-out abilities, you cannot genocide the Y (or X) chromosome out of your DNA and then 'knock-in' its opposite.

Troons spend all day every day using technology. It's what got most of them tumbling down the stink hole in the first place. AI is specifically a punching bag for leftists for now. But if/when the NPC update comes, they will stop fighting against it.

That's why centuries is the "reasonable" timescale here. Here's how to "perfect" SRS on an existing body:

Gene therapy replacing all DNA in the body with new DNA, and particularly new sex chromosomes. That would be unlike anything ever attempted, and could lead to fatal rejection if done wrong. Even if you could snap your fingers and do it instantly, I imagine there could be severe problems with the existing body adjusting to the new instructions.

That's in addition to massive surgical intervention. Lab-grown genitals, ovaries, etc. have to be made, sharing the new genome. To get rid of the unmistakable skeleton of a male, the pelvis and many other bones would need to be surgically removed and replaced with grown/3D-printed ones. Even minor surgeries carry risks of infection or blood clots that can be fatal. To get the "complete package", rather than swapping bones one at a time, it would probably be easier to amputate the arms, legs, and pelvis, and then install the new equipment.

The mind uploading route is highly theoretical. Maybe it can never be done. But under our current understanding, it could look like what the Allen Brain Atlas took years and hundreds of million of dollars to do at a tiny scale. The "scan" requires the brain to be fully dissected layer by layer... and we're talking at least micron-scale, much thinner than your deli meat. This invasive process is unsurprisingly 100% fatal, but if the information gathered is of sufficient quality to recreate the brain by whatever means (such as printing and arranging neurons), then maybe it's possible to be resurrected. What happens to the "soul" or your POV? It probably didn't come along for the ride, unless consciousness works very differently from how we think. I'm reminded of the emerging UFO religions that are repackaging the idea of the "Over-Soul". The revolution will be televised... on NewsNation.

The most practical route could be to clone yourself, and swap your brain with the younger clone's. We assume that the "soul" is contained in the brain because you can lose lots of other body parts and you're still "you". The brain transplant is simply the concept taken to its most extreme. It would not be an easy procedure, but it's one that mad scientists like Sergio Canavero are already attempting, or at least using as a grift. That is an immortality cheat code. For gender reassignment, it would be even more difficult. You would need the perfect gene therapy again, and a modified clone or willing/unwilling donor body. I don't have any answer for what @DSHK says, but some billionaire/trillionaire could fuck around, find out, and let the rest of us know how it went if they survive.

And with all that done, you would still be left with an insane and/or perverted person, but likely with additional brain damage from any of the traumatic options chosen.
