The body and mind aren't two separate entities that you'll be able to freely swap in some sci-fi future, they're part of the same whole. The body you're born with cannot be the "wrong body" because it's you. And any body-swapping nonsense will have to face the issue that we don't know why consciousness exists or what causes it. Transferring your consciousness to another body may very well be impossible.

But answering a hypothetical with "can't happen, don't care" sounds similar to "but I did eat breakfast today", so let's imagine it can happen. It still wouldn't be enough because trannies don't want to be the opposite sex, they want to be trannies. The trans identity gives them the most oppression points and attention and they know this, even if they won't admit it. I've never bought this "transfer of consciousness" BS. Bodyswapping and transformation and all that is a common topic in fantasy/sci fi, but it's as fictional as dragons and fireballs. They're vehicles that can be used to tell interesting stories. That's about it. This bizarre modern transhumanist idea that you and your consciousness are separate entities, that your body is merely a meat prison for an ethereal "you", that Soyence is a mere ten perpetual years away from figuring out how to transport your ghost in a bottle or copy your mind into a younger clone, it infests so much wishful thinking. The physical structure of your brain is your brain. The part of your brain that made your nuts drop and your face start growing hair when you were a teen, that's a physical part of who you are, nestled right next to the bit that erroneously believes it's female.

These troons haven't the faintest idea what it'd take to actually "transfer" a person into a new body, let alone one of the opposite sex. You'd need to reprogram significant portions of their existing brain to do it; a male brain doesn't -have- the ability to regulate a female body's hormones, and vice versa, and that's one of the simpler differences.
