This is customizable as well, you could add chillies to spice it up, change your cheese or make it gluten free! I've made for a few other people and this is the current fave so far lmao.

I just tossed a few pounds of "flaken" cut short ribs from the Mexican market in the sous vide for 24 hours before the grill. I really love the marinade from the Mexican grocery store. It's achiote paste based. Next week I'm going to make the marinade myself and give it a try. Any advice would be appreciated.
