What Have You Cooked Recently?

spinach and cheese ravioli with walnut sage butter and balsamic vinegar reduction. It’s dumb as shit to say it all together, and alone the components are fine, but combined it just does something and it’s so delicious and perfect.

Not feeling well. I boiled water and added beef stock, some noodles, vinegar, garlic, carrot, cabbage, and some noodles.

I made katsu last week and that pork was money, especially with tonkatsu sauce.
