Pepper beef over crispy sweet rice

Also, is this the place to show drinks we've made? What constitutes as cooking? 🤔
Anyway, today I crushed 5lbs of apples to make some spiced apple cider.

I made this delicious plate of dumplings today! This one would be a perfect lunch or supper dish for this week. They are light, fluffy, and comforting. I also added a few chopped up apples, just because. And a small splash of maple syrup. Yum! A few weeks ago, I was searching for a simple and simple recipe for dumplings. I am more of a fan of dumplings, really. They’re so easy and comforting, and I love how they turn out. Plus, they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian

made a lo mein riff with fried noodles with pork and a sauce made from ketchup, worcestershire/oyster/soy sauce, olive oil, chopped garlic/onion, red wine vinegar, and some Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce.

I haven't cooked in almost 10 years despite being good at it back in highschool and the thing holding me back from getting off my ass and doing it now is the fact I feel like I'll fuck up beyond repair and it's withered like all my other skills from back before my life became a droning nightmare of stagnation.

Fuckups so bad you can't even eat them are incredibly rare.

So long as you keep an eye on the food, nothing can really go wrong, cookings easy

Practically everything I make is aglio e olio; and today I made a salad with goat's cheese and aglio e olio under balsamic. I usually do a sliced tomato and cucumber salad with crumbled soft goat cheese, aglio e olio, with mortared black and white pepper, fresh rosemary and fresh oregano with very robust balsamic vinegar. This is my breakfast of choice. Today I added very thin slices of yellow onion, but I don't think I prefer that addition.
I'll take a picture the next time I make it and either edit this post or repost lol.

Soy sauce and garlic freid broccoli. Ran out of chilli flakes :( I love the dark crispy bits. You can do this in the oven and recommend as a winter salad ingredient vs summary lettuce.

Pay day fried rice. I assume every household has their version of a the same idea dish. Fridge clear out soup, cupboard pasta etc. Basically whatever you have before pay day comes fried rice. This was of course mid way though cooking.
