Asian markets are the cheaper ones I found. I "think" I've seen kewpie mayo at kroger in the Asian section maybe.I need a quick rundown on where you guys are finding this kewpie stuff in North America.
Not knocking pressure cookers, but I find that pulled pork is best when you cook it low and slow in a Dutch oven. The flavour is always way more intense!I made some pulled pork and mixed it into a blend consisting of a store-bought Kansas City BBQ sauce and my homemade Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce.
The only issues I had involved my pressure cooker’s slow cooker function being a bitch and the fat in the pork shoulder not rendering properly due to the previous issues. If I want to make this specific again I’ll have to search for a proper slow cooker and/or a better pork cut. I could also follow a recipe that‘s meant for pressure cookers.
