What have you recently eaten?

Chili because I had a lot of tomatoes, peppers and frozen beef that needed to be used up.

i have been pigging out on white cheddar popcorn
honestly it's not even that many calories and it's the closest i've ever come to getting an actual basic source of fiber (copium?)
Dude eat a vegetable ffs

A Taco Bell quesadilla - even for Taco Bell that shit was uninspiring.
Just make them at home Jesus christ. it takes 5 minutes, you spent more time and money going out for a terrible version than you would have if you made a quesadilla at home.

I'm not sure why I did, probably morbid curiosity and stupidity, it but I've made 'cauliflower fried rice' earlier today.
It's not the worst I've ever eaten, but not really filling and just bland. Back to my usual brand of rice I go.

If anyone's looking for a 'low-ish carb' replacement for rice that's also low in calories, I think it's possible to get used to it.

Homemade hunky dumpling soup with fresh corn. (We make the chunky cornmeal dumplings, not those noodle "slippery dumpling" things. No offense to slippery dumplings if what you want is chicken noodle soup.)

Banh Mi classic #1 at the local legendary spot where it smells like chinatown outside in the worst fucking way but the food inside is amazing and somehow still cheap. So fucking good, I just wish I had asked for extra jalapeno. Jalapeno flavor with the pate and french bread and pickled carrots is a crazy flavor combo that hits just the right notes every time.

I was out on a motorcycle ride with an irl chum and stopped at a dive bar in the middle of nowhere. I had the most American food ever. It was a 1/2 pound bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg on it. I gained 60 pounds and my heart clogged up just looking at it. Like most food from backwoods dives, it was fucking amazing.
