I think Chris would have still been delusions about Cwcville and ways to cope with life. The extraction will not happen (assuming no one else tricks him), but he still has financial issues, and Chris's mommy issues are still a thing (post-bob death) not sure about the merge.
I believe Chris was doomed to fail, and the Jail of fail was going to happen maybe not incest but something that we did not think about like fraud or stealing.

After they saw that people started to speculate that Chris wanted to impregnate Barb so that he could then have sex with his sister who was also his daughter. So Chris told everyone shecameforcwc depicts Megan to hide the implication of incest.

Barb getting pregnant is probably the goal Chris has in mind.
