What if Bob was still alive when Chris got arrested for fucking Barb?

Bob would be 95. Even if he were still alive, there's a good chance of him being senile, in poor health or both by now. Him being alive would probably help, but it wouldn't be enough to keep Chris from falling down as hard as he did, Chris respected Bob to a certain degree and, as others pointed out the wilder shit didn't happen until after his passing. Either way, there is a good chance he would be in a position where his authority is limited by health reasons and he can't do much other than try and keep Chris in line!

What if Chris was FAR MORE AGGRESSIVE in all of the sagas. For example, if he started yelling out "nigger" and etc during the Julie and Kacey sagas, and making his videos into long yelling matches about them?

He would get even more trolls coming at his way, there are cows who act precisely like this and they don't scare anyone off messing with them. Also keep in mind that Chris isn't smart enough to handle things more skillfully, so chances are he would get more hate, too!

In light of what we have seen with the current ongoing Chris incarcerated and probably institutionalized at the whim of the court saga, what if Chris had used his bat on someone rather than the pepper spray?

Chris’s physical prowess aside, let’s assume that this theoretical victim was unprepared, not convinced Chris would hit them, so this resulted in death or a coma.

Say it results in a serious charge like manslaughter/whatever the Virginia term for unintentional homicide, or assault with a lethal weapon, what would Chris’s situation be now?

Would the court, prosecutors and defense be as willing to have him mentally assessed as he is now, or will they be less likely to be bothered with all that shit and have him do hard time?
