What if Chris asked for donations, for him and his mom to go on a lovely vacation: The Grand Canyon, A carribean cruise, or a European adventure?

Would anyone here help contribute to their vacation fund? Would you turn up your nose in disgust? Why or why not?

I would imagine being in a relationship with Chris would more than likely be such a traumatic experience that she will devolve from her pop/country standards and release a death-metal album in a futile attempt to exorcise the anger and rage that Chris' mere presence in her bed filled her with.

I think the furthest he's ever been out of Virginia was a trip to California. While California is, presumably, completely different to rural Virginia, it's still America, and he was at a wedding so there was that sense of familiarity. Somewhere like Paris would be so alien to Chris that I think he would probably cease to function.

But you are only basing that off a fictional boy who suffers from aspergers ( NOT high functioning autism). Anyway... Idk about Chris ceasing to function... whatever stress and discomfort he would get from hearling the Gallic tongue, would be more than compensated for by Snails, frogs legs, French cuisine... and topless/ nude beaches. Run for it mademoiselles!

Chris doesn't deserve Paris, it would be wasted on him. Besides, there are enough boorish tourists in France as it is, they don't need him.

Some vidya convention in the states, maybe, he might like that.

Chris' brain would melt trying to conjugate simple French verbs.

Chris would be better off going to a place where they actually DO speak English, but then he'd still have trouble dealing with cultural barriers.

Personally, I'd love to see Chris go to Johannesburg, South Africa.
 
He apparently thought Chris was taking pictures of his daughter. In that case, it ain't exactly the trespassing he's worried about.
 
Chris simply doesn't care about the world outside of Virginia enough to bother learning about it, let alone visiting.

I don't know if I've ever read a "What If?" thread that wasn't completely pointless.
 
You know, in all seriousness, I wonder if Chris would appreciate a trip to Korea. So he could see where his father stood.
