What if by some strange time paradox, Chris turned out to be in fact Barb's maternal grandfather?

Think about it. Suppose Chris somehow found a time machine and went back in time years past, found a girl and completed his Love Quest, married, had a bunch of kids (Carrie Edna Wynn included) but turned out to be an "alcoholic moonshiner who carried out affairs and failed to provide even the most basic support for his family"?

I imagine it would be similar to when a car hits a moose. The driver and car are heavily damaged and the moose limps off to terrorize more people.

Though the moose in this scenario still has to pay for hospital bills.

What if Christine declares his tomgirl phase to be elaborate trolling and reverts back to being Christian?

This would only be a possibility in an opposite universe, and Chris would try to fool everyone by telling them that 100 pages are actually 100 issues.
