I think he's became a tranny for reasons deeper than that. Even if he did realise that, I don't think he would return to the way he was before March 2011. He seems to be genuinely gender confused, though not necessarily genuinely transgender. As the CWCki says, it's a bit extreme to assume he started crossdressing solely for getting laid.

But anyway, if he did return to being that way, he would pretty much be a depressing, fatter version of who he was back then, and would still be less energetic.

Chris would be the main character and it would just be him playing with his Transformers toys. After playing for 15 minutes he'd spend 75 minutes showing off his other toys, begging for donations, and drawing a Transformers/Sonichu crossover comic that he'll never finish.
