He'd end up fantasising about being in a wonderful imaginary land where people worshipped him, he was mayor of his own city and had super powers to fend off his enemies.
Either that or he'd start seeing Yawning Squirtle wherever he goes, telling him to not bother with his various escapades and just get high instead.
