What is a movie you want to see made and who would you cast for it? - Specifically, ones about historical figures

Right so I'll go first since what inspired me to make this thread was seeing clips of James Spader portray Raymond Reddington in the Blacklist on YouTube. Definitely going to go and watch the series in full when I get the chance. But I think Spader would make a great J. Edgar Hoover.

I mean when he portrays Red, he is so calm that it's scary as shit. That "I know I can kill you and your death would mean nothing so why not comply" kind of energy. It's not even a threat, he's just saying that "hey, I've already won how about you make sure you don't lose" which is just so powerful and frightening.

I want a biopic on Hoover, getting into the dirty details. How he extorted people, ruined lives, and became so powerful even Presidents wouldn't dare to challenge him and I think that Spader, challenging the same energy he did in the Blacklist, would make it absolute kino. So what about you guys?

There should exist a movie about Lenin, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. It's not like I liked any of them and wanted to see such movie that much, but now they look so alike, that it's a great opportunity. He'd have to lose some of the bloat tho.

Does it have to be about historical figures?

That's kind of boring (to me), if I wanted to enjoy history, I'd read about it or watch an actual documentary, not a movie. But that's just my opinion.

Well, maybe about Puyi, one of the emperors of China, since once I did watch a documentary about him and I remember it being fun (I was drinking green tea).

So... who should play the role? You expect me to say Jackie Chan, don't you? Or Samuel L. Jackson, well I'm not giving you the pleasure.
He definitely looks like someone I've seen, or a mix of those characteristics, but I cannot put a famous actor on that role, it would have to be by a newcomer (through movie-castings).
