Basically, it is due to the post-capitalist logic of "line must go up." The paradigm is that GDP growth must be pursued at all costs, because corporations are required to make a profit. Thus we must pursue policies that make housing expensive, that encourage urbanization, and that force women into the workforce. Then these policies cause the birth rate to collapse, so we must find new workers by importing the third world. Importing the third world is controversial, so we must make propaganda that equates anyone who criticizes mass immigration with the Nazis, those brutal villains on whose corpse we created our legitimacy and founded our modern governments. Importing the third world helps us get new votes which under our social system constitutes legitimacy and political power thus counteracting our fading legitimacy among our own citizens.
The end result is politicians are locked into a vicious cycle of their own making that goes back to the 1970s. To do anything else is to admit their 50 years of propaganda and policy
was wrong, and politicians will never admit they're wrong or take responsibility. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with white people or Jews. They're pushing this shit hard in Japan and South Korea too after all.
If anything, it's closer to the problem the late Roman Empire faced. They needed soldiers because the Roman elite converted the free peasants into serfs who were not eligible for service, so they imported Germanic tribes. They used these Germanic tribes to put down Romans who opposed this as well as other Germanic tribes, starting an endless cycle of needing to import more Germans to deal with the rebellious Germans already there. The end result was of course the indigenous Roman elite losing almost all power--go look at medieval nobility and even in Italy they're almost all descended from Germanic warlords and not some Roman family (and most of those that claim otherwise were lying).
I would say that the Great Replacement is just one aspect of the global elite's goal. Their main goal is transhumanism, where they rule as almighty immortal beings and oppress the plebs forever, probably out of sheer sadism. The global elite really love the idea of immortality, hive minds, and creepy brainwashing like their internet of bodies research seeks to create. They want to rule forever, immune to the tide of history, and they will pull up the ladder on the rest of humanity to do so. Importing the third world is just an important step of the plan to break down obvious sources of resistance like the middle class, or even the millionaire class for that matter. Reducing nearly all people to poverty and blending them into one race makes them more governable and easier to become simple economic units to consoom product.

White men with strong religious or moral principles are probably the only ethnic group that has both the historical tendency and ability to be able to stop the pedo elites.
White men are the group most likely to lead a successful revolt against the global oligopoly. They would be the 'tip of the spear' of global liberation.
From the democracy of ancient Athens where men gathered on the hill to discuss and vote (publicly) the issues of the day, to the conquest of the world by European military inventions, to the English Magna Carta protecting individual rights (
including protecting widows and orphans against predatory Jewish lending ), to the scientific revolution of the Enlightenment, the spirit of European history has been one of intellectual curiosity and innate revulsion to tyranny.
The "white historical tendency" led directly to this situation. Whites created the Enlightenment and liberalism, which is the direct ideological ancestor of the transhumanist evil you correctly note the global elite desire. After all, if you can be free from traditional social structures like aristocracy and all men are created equal, why shouldn't you be free from traditional social structures like family or gender? And then why shouldn't children or even some animals be totally equal too and thus able to consent to marriage and sex? Once you have the idea of equality rooted in society, you've started down a very bad path.
And it's not like there aren't endless counterarguments to the idea of whites desiring freedom. Athens (who was sickeningly degenerate and homosexual even by the standards of their day, as condemned by the Romans) was an outlier compared to the Greek cities, since many embraced the so-called "Tyrants" or powerful kings like Alexander. The Roman Republic fell into disfunction, and even the Empire too became disfunctional until solved by turning it into a true monarchy under Diocletian. The Catholic Church promoted collectivism and at times attempted to assert itself as a universal monarchy. Eastern Europe rejected the proto-liberalism of the West as early as the late 13th century and evolved down a more collectivist route (although the process was interrupted outside of Russia).
There's also nothing stopping other races from undermining the global technocratic slave state desired by the elite. Africans are tribalist and will demand handouts and a spot in the government for their tribe or else they become ungovernable. Indians are all about making money and advancing their racial interests. East Asians will publically be all for some concept but privately will speak ill of it and they'll all line up behind the first strong leader who agrees to overthrow that concept. Indeed, there already are people even in China who call for traditionalism based on Confucianism (currently it's phrased as reforms they think the CCP should make).
