He does look like he's gained a lot of weight since his 2009 videos and it's finally catching up in his face. In 2009 he was more pear shaped, with most of his weight around his middle, but from this video, it looks like it all ran to his face.

I always found this one to be quite uncanny, I had to do a double take because they look like completely different lips.
