Trauma is an underrated one, it can easily spread unto others in the form of taking it out on other people, the result being they develop trauma from that.
Hurt people hurt people.

Lack of moderation and a lack of belief in higher ideals are imo the worst poisons as they cannot but feedback into each other.
A lack of belief in something greater than you that is worth aspiring for, to live and die for, leaves you a vagrant soul that will fall into the pit of pursuing cheap pleasures and easy lies to fill the hole, which will only get worse as time goes on.
Immoderacy rots the mind and burns the soul as you lose control over yourself and become a slave to your animalistic base, forsaking all reason. All thing become a poison with the right dose.

I argue the illusion of free will and self determination is the greatest poison. Most important formative factor decisions are made for you before you are born. The few important decisions you do make are based on your experiences prior to them. Experiences you, for the most part, had no control over. Nobody accepts a true lack of choice and freedom. People then attribute constrained action to malice and weakness. That leads to guilt, conflict and hatred towards others.

All of history was decided by a few cavemen throwing rocks at each other centuries ago. We're just the aftermath, and accepting that is a bit of an antidote.

Loneliness.

Shit like fear, directionlessness, dishonesty, or even addiction can be overcome if you have the right people around you. If you're completely alone, and you know it, you eventually develop a sense that none of the degenerate habits you've fallen into like alcoholism, pathological lying, or porn addiction matter. After all, it's just you, there's no one close to you to impress or to hurt with your behavior.

I'd say hatred of other human beings just for being who they are, and the website that facilitates this hatred, is the worst poison for the soul. Why, Twitter itself is a poison so insidious because it's an intoxicating poison, one that feels good for a time, but eventually you realize you have no one in your life because you've chosen to spread hatred everywhere instead, and now no one wants to be your friend except BPD psychos on Twitter. So not only is it deceptively intoxicating, it's also incredibly addictive.

In short, Twitter is the problem
Fixed that for you.

You’re welcome.

I voted for getting negrated because that’s hilarious, but more seriously voted for repetition.

I feel falling into a cycle is one of the worst things one can do to themselves because we seldomly break them. Bad habits, relationships, etc. through repetition, we become comfortably numb with the things most poisonous around us. Even doing something you enjoy over and over again is bound to have diminishing returns.

“Everyday is Exactly the Same” by Nine Inch Nails is a favorite song of mine and pretty much encapsulates the point I’m trying to convey. Death is obviously the most poisonous thing to the soul as it would mean that the soul ceases to be, but through repetition of negatives, you do not afford yourself the opportunity to even live.

I’ve experience the bad breakup, being homeless, and etc. and the worst part of any of these events was accepting it, and allowing myself to repeat the cycle.

Not all repetition is bad. We all go to work and probably have similar tasks daily, but it’s important to never stop learning new things, even if it’s really stupid shit

a combination of developmental trauma in various degrees, propaganda, social seperation and bad coping habits like porn, fast food, alcohol, drugs and media.

The need to be right and comfortable over the actual truth, People will insulate themselves from the truth in their little echo chambers and with likeminded people. All wanting to be assured that the position they have is correct and its those OTHER people who are dumb dumb idiots.

I am a man of peace, stoic and student of Buddha.
One's own self and negative poison of pride, anger and jealousy poison mind and the soul.
Acts driven by hubris, envy and rage provide short term relief and illusory satisfaction.

Think about it.
One's arrogance turns people blind to their own faults and everything they build will be flawed, truly great leader figures rule with humility and wisdom. Listen to counsel when needed and learn to admit their own flaws.
Anger is inherently destructive, majority get pissed off every now and then. Being terminally angry at everything and everyone isn't healthy or productive. Enraged people waste their energy on pointless and often fruitless endeavours that backfire.
Jealousy is another one of poisons of the mind, is a poor motivator and leaves you feeling empty and often envious of next big thing, chasing after superficial looks, relationships even materialism which leads to greed.

One might argue that pride, jealousy and greed brought humanity where it is now from primitive life to modern technology dependant all of which required competition with different motivations.

It's safe to say in day and age of Orwellian megacorps like Microsoft, Tencent, Amazon and others that turned society and people into mindless bugmen.
All the while clown world governments induce mass psychosis to population often with help of big corporations.

TL;DR ego bad, kill it. Live a simple life

I think that Pride is the most poisonous of them all as pride essentially leads to all the others. The LDS Prophet, President Benson, had this to say on Pride:
The central feature of pride is enmity—enmity toward God and enmity toward our fellowmen. Enmity means “hatred toward, hostility to, or a state of opposition.” It is the power by which Satan wishes to reign over us. Pride is essentially competitive in nature. We pit our will against God’s. When we direct our pride toward God, it is in the spirit of “my will and not thine be done.” As Paul said, they “seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.” (Philip. 2:21.)

The full speech, "Beware of Pride," is very good and worth a read no matter what faith you do or do not practice.
