I’ve had my IQ professionally tested four times and each time I scored in-between 115-125 but I don’t know if that’s accurate

IQ is much more unstable in childhood. I've never looked into the exact reasons but at a guess part of it is that a child has less control of his or her environment, meaning the other genetic biases that influence IQ indirectly don't come out, and also because of differences in developmental speeds among children. At any rate, by the time you're 18 it's become much more stable. If you got 148, you're probably fairly strongly above average (childhood IQ scores are unreliable to an extent, but not to the degree someone who scores a 148 is likely to not be pretty sharp), but there's a huge variance as to what it could actually be. 148's very high (top 0.2% of an IQ 100 average population or so ie one in 500 people) so more probably than not it's a bit lower than that.148 when I was seven, nobody told me until late last year though.
