What is your opinion on cosplay?

It's cool when proud put effort into something and it looks nice. It is not cool when whores use it to dress like whores and when autistic people force everyone to participate in their stupid shit. No I don't want to hear about your sonic oc

Weirdly haven't seen too many people dress as sonc OCs at all. There is that one guy that's made his entire internet presence just him dressing as Robotnik and making Doug Walker sketch-esque meme videos where he does an impersonation of the old OVA anme movie Robotnik, though. One of the few "cosplay" related channels that's actually slightly amusing.
 
Because I have once been into the cosplay/weeaboo shit show, I am ambiguous about it. Creating and making your own outfit is super nice, but most often cosplayers will buy everything and just use it as an excuse to show off, and that's why there is not much male cosplayers (except gays and autistics). And obviously they don't give a fuck about other people coplays, the only persons who does take photos are creep.

So it makes me wonder reaally what is the value of it. Is it just an excuse for sexbaiting? Most of the time yeah.

If it's an actual costume like you'd expect to see at renfaire, as in an actual article of created clothing not some ali baba chinkshit, then it's cool and craftful and therefore good. 90% shit in reality though because coomers and WHORES ruin it, sexy Disney cosplay should not be thing too many "people" clearly grew up schlicking it to Mufasa and Scar incest fagfics.
 
I find cosplay to be kind of silly but I don't really have that much of an of an opinion on it. It is kind of cool when you see someone who's obviously put a lot of time into making a good costume but otherwise I don't really care very much about it either way.
