What makes you angry?

The twisting of information to create lies and falsified research. I am a man who loves reading articles about almost anything, but when someone creates articles with false information for their gains it makes me angry.

Worse than that would be the destruction of historical artifacts. That just makes my blood boil.

I am pretty mellow lately, but what really GRINDS MY GEARS:tomgirl: are people who think they are smarter than they are.

Inflated ego, USI.

I deal with it in real life, and online.

I am smart enough to know that I am not that smart.

Some people don't.

As a ginger (put your crosses away), there are way too many things that piss me off.

-- Condescending people
-- The 'you suck if you like this thing' mentality (as previously mentioned before)
-- Bullies (all types)
-- Passive aggressive smilies
-- the 'BAWWW AMERICA/the USA SUCKS' mentality (been a bigger pet peeve than usual. Sure, the US isn't perfect, but the rest of the world isn't either) I see at times
-- Anyone who hurts a child or an animal.
-- The 'different opinions are toxic' ideology

I have more, but that's all I can think of.

I am with you on the "AMERICA IS A JOKE/CORRUPT" mentality. Sure, it's not perfect, but at least we're not experiencing serious political and economic conflicts like in other parts of the world.

Another thing that's annoying is people that think WW3 will be a thing soon.

I used to see that crap all the time on tumblr, especially when it comes to things like the American education system (which is flawed, I will admit that). People would praise the hell over Europe and Japan over stuff we don't have, while there are problems there too (ie. The Charlie Hebdo bombing and the suicide forest near Mt. Fiji/the anti-foreigner atmosphere).

I don't see the point of expending energy on stupid people.
A bigot wont become less of a bigot when you scream at them - they will only become more bigoted.
I think the thing that still gets under my skin is the whole contemporary notion that, "art is an instrument of justice." :tyceknife:
The whole, "I speak for those who can't," is a disgusting attitude to posses in the inter-connectivity of the information age.
It's this pinnacle of pretension that makes me yearn for the machismo of Abstract Expressionism. *sigh*

Manipulative, deceptive people, scam artists, and snake oil salesmen really seem to piss me off a lot. I think those are some of the people in society doing a lot of damage with how they're able to convince people to put all their life savings with them or do something equally stupid. The people that don't learn from their mistakes and keep falling for these tricks also piss me off just as much.

Also people who can't take a bit of raunchy comedy once in a while and get easily offended by the dumbest shit ever can also really get to me.

people who ride bicycles/scooters on the sidewalk and honk at you to get out of the way when they're not supposed to be on the sidewalk
people who try to cut you in line. this is a big problem in china. I'll be at 7-11 checking out at the cashier and people will try to get in front of you and wave money at the cashier and try to shove you out of the way. typing this is making me mad
people who judge you based on how you dress. huge problem when I lived in LA
people who judge you and think you're a hick because you're from the midwest. huge problem when I lived in NYC
people on a crowded bus/train who have thier bags on a seat
high pressure sales tactics

Off the top of my head...

Inconsiderate people. I have a big problem with selfishness and the general disregard for other people, the normal everyday shit people do, things like cutting in lines, pulling out in front of you in traffic etc.
Special Snowflakes. People who think they deserve extra special consideration for whatever reason such as race or religion, gender identification or sexual orientation. Nobody gives a fuck about their pronouns, it's just awkward. I don't give a fuck if they're a pansexual cheesekin either.
People who think being offended means everyone should pander to them.
Double Standards.
The vast majority of political figures.
Special interest groups.
Bullies.
Condescending people/ Arrogant fuckers.
